Fine tuning in The Spiritual Awakening Sometimes it feels like the spiritual awakening is really the full-time job, doesn't it? I work as a writer, coach, teacher, and bodyworker and have dedicated my life to mine and others spiritual awakening. This does not mean that the spiritual awakening is becoming easy peasy for me, quite the contrary. The more I learn the more I understand that I just don't know and this is both good and frustrating. Sometimes I want to scream for special treatment from the Universe since I've dedicated my life to this path, I mean - please! Can't I be the exception who don't have to work on my self since I've given all this time and resources? The Universe answer is always the same: You're human and just as special and not special as everyone else. You learn to finetune your creation through life experience as everyone else does. You are fully loved and supported every step of the way, but YOU have to move forward and choose the direction one belief at the time. We will take care of the rest, but you have to choose your direction! Lovely Universe. Thank you for your consistency and for giving me the tools to cope and to understand. Do you long for Romance? You are not alone! After years of working with women, men, and couples in the field of conscious sexuality and relationship there is one subject that keeps coming back but that we don't speak much about in conscious communities. It is the subject of Romance. I see it over and over again how women hide their romantic fantasies from their partners in fear that they will be ridiculed or not taken seriously. For years I have worked on getting people to share their sexual fantasies to open up their inner world to their partners, but for the feminine (and the feminine side of men too) the romantic fantasies can be just as important. In this episode, I share some of my thoughts and experiences with romance and I want you to engage. Do you experience romance in your life? Do you dare to share your romantic fantasies with your partner? Are you, as an intimate partner willing to listen and take seriously your partners' romantic needs? This is a soft and vulnerable subject for most, so be gentle with your approach. The School of Embodiment #5 – Aleah Ava Welcome to the fifth episode of our beautiful series of women inspiring women! This week’s guest is the lovely Aleah Ava. Aleah is an artist and a love addiction expert. She is currently working on an online program to help women overcome love addiction, and in this episode, she shares her journey with our listeners. Shortly Aleha will also be launching her own podcast Addicted to Love and The School of Embodied Awakening wish her all the best on her launch. Love addiction is a very common but much overlooked disease in our society; in fact, it is so common that it is often seen as the norm or can be mistaken for a “normal relationship.” Aleah explains to us how this addiction affects us and what to look for if you think you may be addicted to love.

Maria is a master feminine creator and is the has created web courses for women such as iBeautify and Soul Whisper and her newest initiative is the web programs She Creates where Maria leads a circle of women entrepreneurs through creating in contact with their feminine power. She is also the founder of Stockholm Raw and has published a raw food cookbook and hosts workshops on how to cook raw! But most of all Maria is a Soul Whisperer. She taps into that soft feminine power that is so soothing to us all and that the world needs. She is a true inspiration to me as a creator and a woman, and I found this conversation especially deep and beautiful. I hope you enjoy it.

Oliva Bryant is a Cervix ambassador. She founded the program Self:Cervix about two years ago and has led more than 3000 women, or Cervixians as they call themselves, to find more contact and deeper pleasure in their pelvic bowl. Olivia is educated as a sexologist and yoga teacher with her background in arts. Her journey to awaken the cervix started when she had a session with a tantric bodyworker and found that her cervix was numb. She took the initiative to make the Self:Cervix Awakening journey online and to invite other women to join. In just two years this has grown into her fulltime career, and she has even had scientists look at her methods and coming out with great results.
