One of the most important ideas in Tantra (and often one of the most misunderstood and most difficult to discuss) is Kuṇḍalinī! What exactly is this "serpent power", as Arthur Avalonji once called it? Specifically in this talk, we relate Kuṇḍalinī to Kālī to show her centrality in the Kaula tradition of Tantra! Finally, based on this reflection, we discuss the quintessential Kaula ritual, the "Ādi Yāga" which features in Chapter 29 of Abhinava Gupta's Tantrāloka. What happens when curiosity meets consciousness? In this episode, Ava and Ramone share their five-day journey at the New England Conscious Arts Festival, a transformative Tantra experience that brought together about 130 open-hearted souls—most exploring non-monogamy, self-discovery, and deep connection. From eye-gazing ceremonies to "liquid love" sessions, emotional alchemy, and even firewalking; Ava and Ramon open up about what it's like to strip away shame, lean into vulnerability, and embrace some unexpected lessons though Tantra. I've never dated anyone. Never been on a dating site. My experiences in the early stages of romance and relationships have always been intense, wild and unmistakable. I've seen something reposted a few times lately, an idea that people seem to be in awe of, that's been the story of my life: “What's crazy is that real lovers don't even do talking stages. All it takes is one good date and suddenly y'all are together every day after that.” Yeah. This is how it's always been for me. I EXPECT big love, big feeling, a whole-hearted, whole-vagina, whole-soul response to someone. Nothing less. Why would I waste my time on anything BUT that? Send us a textUnder the silver glow of the Sharad Full Moon in Revati, Dr. Justine Lemos and Scarlett Trillia sip from the mythic cup of Amrita—the nectar of immortality. This episode dives deep into the lunar mysteries of Soma: the sacred elixir of the Vedas, the psychoactive honey of the gods, and the subtle lunar juice that drips from the crown in Tantrik and Ayurvedic lore.Together, they explore how this “dripping moon” season invites us into transcendence, nourishment, and surrender. You'll hear:

Manifestation isn't broken, you just need better tools. In this episode, Mia Magik joins me to flip the script on everything you think you know about creating the life you want. Forget the vision boards for a second. Mia's approach is rooted in healing, not just hoping. She explains why manifesting love starts with examining where you're being unloving, and why calling in abundance means looking at your scarcity patterns. We discuss the physical toll of consuming true crime and drama-filled content, the proven science of water holding intention, and simple kitchen rituals that turn your daily routine into a manifestation practice. Mia also opens up about her own journey through relationship struggles, self-betrayal, and finding her way back to her power through some seriously uncomfortable inner work. This conversation touches on the Sacred Rage Ritual, why women's anger is revolutionary, and Mia's current explorations with Tantra as a tool for understanding power, surrender, and healing. Whether you're new to manifestation or your practice has gone stale, this episode offers practical wisdom you can use today.Connect with Mia: https://miamagik.com/Mia on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/miamagik/Link to sign up for Mia's Retreats: https://miamagik.com/2025retreatrooms/Link to purchase Mia's book: IntuWitchinConnect with Sabrina:https://www.instagram.com/Sabrina_Soto/www.SabrinaSoto.com

Paul Muller-Ortega was a distinguished professor of the Indic religious traditions who retired from academia in 2006 and founded his school, Blue Throat Yoga. Since then, to quote from his website, “Paul has been teaching practices of deep meditation and the theories of meditation studies. His primary theoretical focus is founded on the teachings of lineages of the Śakta-Śaiva Tantra, particularly as brought forward by the extraordinary medieval siddha guru, Rājānaka Abhinavagupta. Paul is particularly committed to bringing forward deeply authentic and highly effective practices and teachings of modern meditation practice in the context of householder spirituality. And doing so always on the direct basis of the theoretical and philosophical teachings of this important ancient esoteric lineage of the Kashmiri śaiva masters.” He is also focused on training teachers to help carry on his work. We spoke about what distinguishes Kashmir Shavism from other systems, the practical value of integrating deep meditation and other transformative practices into daily life, and other vital topics for living a spiritual life. For most spiritual schools are important to grow your spirituality, be it the Kundalini or that you open your heart, third eye, and crone chakra…And for that we need energy! Our whole body needs his energy to stay healthy and for sexuality…. If we use our sexual energy for our spirituality then everything would be easy. Because our body uses 1/3 of his energy just only for sex…We can even use our sexual energy to heal our spine or growing our brain… We hear from our spiritual gurus that sex is bad…And I absolutely agree to a certain level, so it would be much better if the guru's parents had avoided making sex to create such a creature (Guru) that is denying sex!!! If you deny, abuse, or think negatively about sex or afraid of sex, then your first chakra or the chakra that is responsible for the sex is blocked… So that you can't use your sexual energy for your spirituality or even worse you will attract diseases that are related to sex. Monks and Nuns have 2 times more prostate cancer or breast cancer than normal beings!!!!!!Let look at how sex energy is causing a Samadhi! When a baby sucks the mother milk, it goes in a Samadhi when the mother is loving and gives the baby the time that it needs to suck the milk in a calm way… How does the baby make that? The Taoist found out: When the baby sucks the milk, it squeezes the vagina muscles or it pulls up the testicles without squeezing the anus… At the same time, it pulls up the energy from the lowest chakra to the crone chakra. And then it needs to breathe out and breathe in and breath out… In this time it squeezes the tongue against the roof of the mouth and it relaxes the muscles of the vagina or testicles… Maybe, we have done it before… Today, the Taoists are doing the same thing … They just imagine to suck milk and when breathing in they contract these muscles and by breathing out they put the tongue against roof of the mouth and relax these muscles… After the Qigong and the Yoga system, we have a gate of death/hell, where the spirit/soul leaves our body when the body dies… And this gate of death is located at the lowest point of our body this means the vagina or the bone-cave between the testicles and the anus… And this Gate (related to the huh sound) has energetically a direct connection to the crone chakra… The next important Energy-point (related to the Ohm sound) is at the end of the vagina (uterus mouth)… Both points are crucial for the Kundalini or for spiritual energy… If we do have an energy-block in this area, the energy can not be used for healing, spirituality and even will cause severe diseases… For the females is sex in any case good! Because a normal woman feels love when she has intercourse with her darling… this means she pulls up the energy from her lowest chakra to her heart chakra… And she gets the male energy for free! Even better if the clitoris is stimulated all of her organs will be energized … Never the less, the females lose all of their sexual energy, during their periods. For the males is a certain amount of sex good. The males lose their energy when they ejaculate… And too many ejaculations leads to severe diseases (aids, immune weakness) and premature aging. Never the less the males can learn Tao-love or the sexual Tantra to even enjoy more the sex without too many ejaculations…If the males reduce the number of ejaculations to 50% everything will work out good. How we can get the energy upwards…1.) Make the Kundalini meditation from Osho15 minutes shake the body from the pelvic on… this means the pelvic should go forward and backward (similar to intercourse). 15 minutes dance in ecstasy.15 minutes sit relaxed with the spine straight without moving.15 minutes sit or lay down on the back without moving… With sounds Huh, ohm, ha, iStart with the ‘Huh' sound (like school) (from the lowest point of the body) then the Ohm sound below the navel in the middle of the body (uterus mouth) then the ‘Ha' or ‘A' sound (like Allah) in your heart chakra and the I sound (like India) for the crone and third eye chakra… If you would sing gospels like the Africans you will gain the same… You sing always from the area of the vagina and if you long for God then your energy will raise from the lowest chakra to the crone chakra… My Video: How can gurus be an obstacle? https://youtu.be/Pkn7hnVTAJoMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast1/how-can-gurus-be-an-obstacle.mp3

Adeyemi Adeyosoye is a transformational coach and spiritual teacher whose work bridges the realms of business, energy, and men's activation. With a foundation in Mechanical Engineering and business, Adeyemi once built a successful career driving company growth and chasing the external markers of success. At one stage, he landed the career opportunity of a lifetime, was in a loving relationship, and appeared to have everything he had ever wanted. But behind the surface, he felt increasingly empty, out of alignment with himself, his purpose, and his own truth. That disconnection led him to a breaking point, where the life he had built began to crumble. In the search for answers, he turned his attention to the formative years that shaped him, marked by abuse, suppression, and the pain of feeling like a black sheep. He realized he had learned to cope by chasing achievement, money, and external validation. But as everything began to crumble, he chose to face the pain he had been carrying, and that choice changed everything for him.Over the last decade, Adeyemi has immersed himself in deep inner work through dozens of psychedelic journeys, Tantra, sexual activation, inner child healing, and embodiment work. Through these explorations, he began unravelingthe pain he had carried, the disconnection, shame, and unworthiness, and discovered a pathway back to intimacy, fulfillment, and purpose.I first met Adeyemi during an intensive with David Deida, and from the first moment I encountered his presence, I knew I would love to have him on the show, and this conversation absolutely did not disappoint. In this fast-paced dialogue, we cover a wide range of topics:How Adeyemi moved from working as a cleaner in Germany for 7 euros an hour to becoming a sales and partnerships manager in the fintech industry in the UK in a short period of timeHow a man can learn to navigate fearHow he can lead with self-belief in the face of uncertaintyWhy learning to lead in the bedroom is deeply connected to leading in the boardroomWhy letting go of control, and leaning into trust might lead you to the very success you could be looking forAnd so much more...One of my favorite moments came toward the final third of our conversation. I experienced this palpable shift. All of a sudden, there was more flow guiding us, more vitality was present, and more play. I encourage you to listen all the way through and notice where that turning point came. I hold deep respect for Adeyemi and the work he's bringing into the world, and I am confident that his fierce, penetrating presence in this conversation will inspire that same fire that lives inside of you. —Connect with Adeyemi Adeyosoye: Website: https://www.adeyemiadeyosoye.com/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/adeyemiadeyosoyeDiscover more about "Reborn": https://www.joinotherside.com/rebornDiscover more about "Otherside" :https://www.joinotherside.com/—Connect with Alex Lehmann: Website: https://www.alexlehmann.co/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/alexlehmann_Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@heartofmanpodcastLinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/alexlehmann-homListen to this conversation on Apple Podcasts and leave a review: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/heart-of-man/id1697289478Email: alexlehmanncoaching@gmail.comThink we might be a good fit to work together? Broadly speaking, there are to archetypical non-dual traditions, two very valid paths to bliss: The Non-Duality of Total Negation (Classical Advaita) & Kālī's Non-Duality of Total Acceptance (i.e Tāntrik Non-Duality or paramadvāya). Of course there are infinite shades of nuance and variation in between these two extremes. In this talk, we do a comparison of these two extreme models (or rather, flavor)s of non-dual Sādhanā, playing off of some ideas from last week's “Who Should Worship Kālī? | Dakṣiṇa Kālī vs Smaśāna Kālī” talk! This lecture is mostly a theoretical survey of the absolute state of realization which can anyone anywhere can attained through grace (i.e, sudden spontaneous insight) of course, but which is more likely to be a result of sincere spiritual practice! As for the practical side of this discussion, you might like to pair this talk with the What Do You Need To Start Worshipping Kālī & Practicing Tantra? lecture from two weeks ago! PS: you might find this lecture somewhat reminiscent of Who Created The World? | Vedanta vs Tantra and also Who or What is God? | Vedanta vs Tantra but we've certainly developed the ideas quite a bit since then!
