Actually I wrote it because how humiliaters or narcisists humiliate other people is one of the most curiosity in my life and I had this epiphany today.
I remember I was on my first 2-month adventurous traveling that I realized I got accepted to the university and I had to put an end to my adventure. That was one of my taughest moment in my life.

Today, I found a very strange survival mechanism of one of my psychotherapy clients that I really impressed that how our psyche can be creative, yet destructive in creating defensive mechanisms, also, if we don't be aware of them and don't find the root patterns of our destructive habits, they will keep running our lives in their own way which can be this ridiculous.
Sometimes doing nothing and just staying in silence is more active than you are doing some activity. Actually in my opinion most of the time, the most effective activity is what is being done in silence.
No two moments will carry the same data. They change constantly and you don't need to worry about your problem staying there in your life for a long term or forever. Because the world is constantly changing. Just flow with every moment.
There are fairly enough manipulators, power-seekers out there that have left a stuck feeling of degradation, a humiliation in your body and your psyche, maybe that makes you love traveling on a deeper level, mostly if you are a woman.
If you love hiking mostly to unknown places, you always would face dogs barking at you and showing aggression towards you and that can make you a constant feeling of defensiveness while hiking that doesn't allow you to follow your intuition and experience freedom to be. That's why I want to share with you how I translate dog's behaviors and manage their aggression.
That's kind of like meditation when I feel I'm where I don't know anything about that place and I don't know any one there. Because then the chances for manipulation or influence is low and this is a safe situation for someone like me that saved her true self from manipulation.
I think we need several times a day to detach from whatever is connected to our identity, our dreams, our issues, fears, habits, passions, interests, plans, everything that is going on in our head. Yes, I think several times a day we need to experience nothingness, you need to be nobody. Experiencing your identity melted at this moment, united with all elements of this moment. I invite you to this awesome state of being nothing.
You experience impermanence in every moment, when you travel for a long term. You would be more observer to this world than make complexity in it because you know that you are not more than an experiencer of this world through the automatic system of your intelligent body.
Abuse, makes you a seeker, a wanderer, a long-term traveler.
It was more safer to stay at my friend's in my one-month trip to Thailand, but I decided to go alone and travel spontaneously with no plan from before, and that led me to a game-changer experience that made my life safer and more comfortable.
Why makes you travel? When you get farther and farther from your origin, most of all, what makes you feel relief away from it? It's fine to sometimes escape from pain, but do you think pain is something to be able to be escaped from?
Scarcity mindset became a long term traveler's safe zone, yes even an adventurous traveler. A long term traveler got affected by the criticism and that changed the way they live their dream.
Do extroverted people communicate better than introverted people?
I think it is like is you ask: If you make a change in your physical condition or change your food diet or body movements, it is a kind of escaping from the reality that your body is in. Does it make sense to you?
When you discovered your newborn sensitive real self from being manipulated by a narcissist from your childhood, after fighting hard for a long time, FREEDOM TO BE could be your first core value. For me having a sense of geographical freedom helps me to protect my newborn sensitive real self from manipulators.
If you travel long enough your brain uses its elasticity to adapt with the so many different situations and this reduces your resistances to the new situations and the strength of fears. Then your identity will change.
By breathing deeply and slowly you are letting all of your cells take part to the decision-making process and find the better way for your survival.
Morning ritual helps you get more benefit from less effort. Also, it helps your brain to be in the optimal state.
When you are traveling your brain should be alert to the new information from the new environment to guarantee your survival, and it doesn't have enough time for chattering and overthinking. It should be creative because old habits don't work anymore. Then your identity changes.
I don't have time to be sad for the bad parts, that's why I can be satisfy in the bad situation, because I know that everything is impermanent and I will miss the good parts soon.
If you can leave every situation easily, it doesn't mean that you are emotionally cold. It is just a choice to avoid a deeper pain and experience your dream.
If you are experiencing resistance, maybe that is the last moments before something big happens in your life and you are shifting the whole direction of your life.
As long as I have the freedom to be wherever I want, whenever I want, I can deal with almost every problems.
One day I found myself that I'm keeping myself in low standards and stopping myself from being successful because I loved adventure and challenges. Then it got my main question that how can I have an adventurous life with high standards?
When I meet people with the same passion as me, it was a turning point in my life, so, I made it my mission to create a community with the same passion as traveling, to feel you are not alone.
Your passion won't make sense to others until they see you living it and your deep satisfaction. So, don't seek a reason for your passion.
You are the one that will suffer the painful results if you don't follow your heart, NOT ANYONE ELSE.
I've experience a lot of moments of self-doubt, but I continued with those doubts anyway. I cannot imagine how I felt if I didn't continue and stoped because of those doubts.
