Lydia shares her experience at a recent event for songwriters, and what she learned about the importance of the disciplines of worship and prayer in our daily walk with Jesus. She reminds us that each new day, we need to start with prayer and worship to prepare our hearts for the battles we will face throughout the day. Then, as we go throughout our day and we face these battles, big or small, the answer is always to go back to a place of worship + communion with the Lord.
