TW: Political talk, mentions of COVID and abortion, some coarse language. This episode we talk about the current events going on in the US with roe vs wade. No matter what your beliefs may be, it is important that we remain kind - and remember that we are all human. Everyone has a reason for what they choose to do. And while you may not agree with abortion, or even like the idea of it, there are many reasons why someone may choose to or need to have one. We believe that no one should have a say over what someone else does with their body. Bodily autonomy should not be a privilege, it should be a right. If you are in a situation where you are afraid for what could happen to you, or don't know what to do regarding anything mentioned in this episode, please reach out to someone. If you do not have someone to reach out to, please reach out to us at tottalks99@gmail.com. Although we are not professionals, we will find the resources for you. Thank you for your continued support and remember to be kind to yourself and others. Always! We will be back with a new episode next week ♥️

We also talk about the importance of not staying in a relationship that you are unhappy with just for your children. Kids really do pick up on everything around them and they would rather see their parents happy and separated than miserable but staying together. It's important to know that a healthy co-parent relationship doesn't happen overnight, it takes work and it's not always easy. But it is possible! Whatever you are going through, be it divorce, relationship struggles, or feeling stuck in an unhappy marriage just know that it's okay to put yourself first. It's important to do so! But sometimes, we all feel that way. Which is why it is so important to check on those that you love and make sure that they are okay, REALLY make sure.
