I went throughout most of my life being asked, how was I doing? No one ever asked, how or if I was growing? It was not until later that God brought people in my life who held me accountable to grow. Once I developed a certain code for growth, I viewed my relationships differently. I believe in having growth friends. These friends however need to meet certain requirements.
