In this episode, we explore two questions: are they aware of your capacity? And, are they aware of your function? Capacity deals with your unique design. Function deals with how you operate. You can have a unique design and still not function in what God has called you to do. I went throughout most of my life being asked, how was I doing? No one ever asked, how or if I was growing? It was not until later that God brought people in my life who held me accountable to grow. Once I developed a certain code for growth, I viewed my relationships differently. I believe in having growth friends. These friends however need to meet certain requirements.
