Romans 5:6-11 Paul wants us to know just how secure we are in our salvation. So he demonstrates this by taking a look at God's incredible love for us.

Text - Romans 5:1-5 After explaining what it means to be right with God by believing in Christ, Paul goes into detail about the amazing advantages of salvation.

These verses are an expansion of one phrase in Romans 4:17, "who gives life to the dead." Paul saw the rejuvenation of Abraham's body as a picture of resurrection from the dead, and then he related it to the resurrection of Christ.
