In addition to one-on-one consulting and roundtable facilitation, Erin also shares her significant knowledge and insights on a variety of business topics through other channels, including her ongoing series of podcasts, videos, and workshops. Furthermore, she has created several helpful free business resource documents that are available for immediate download. In 2019, she launched BDC University, the educational arm of her company. Erin is a sought-after speaker and thought leader. She has spoken at the Midwest Women Business Owners' Conference, the St. Louis Business Journal Women's Conference, and the Missouri Athletic Club's Women of Distinction Luncheon, and the American Business Women's Alliance, National Women's Leadership Conference. Erin received her bachelor's degree in marketing from University of Missouri-Columbia and her Master of Arts in human resources management from Washington University in St. Louis.
