The Take's Nate Rossi and Hunter Doyle interview Chicago Cubs Outfielder Cole Roederer. Despite the minor league season being canceled, Cole has a positive outlook on the situation and is looking forward to getting back on the field next Spring. Until then, he's focused on preparing and training on his own. The Cubs drafted Cole in the 2nd round of the 2018 draft, and he's already the 5th ranked prospect in their minor league system. Cole told us about what it was like getting drafted, what he's learned and what he's improving on, and what some of the best/funniest moments of his career have been so far. The Cubs drafted a hard-working guy who always keeps his head up, keeps the team morale high, and just has fun. Those qualities are going to benefit him greatly as he moves up in the Cubs organization, and we can't wait to see him play at Wrigley Field someday. Best of luck to Cole!
