As I'm sure you're aware, humanity is currently navigating the biggest propaganda war in human history. While we tend to think of wars being waged with bullets, bombs + other overt signs of violence, ours is a war of words. Whether they are the words being spouted by news anchors, social media influencers, politicians or celebrities; or whether they are the lyrics to your favorite song, the copy comprising the advertisements on all those billboards, bus benches, magazines and screens, or simply the languaging used in those Common Core Curriculum text books, words are being weaponized to control and manipulate us all. The best way to protect our children from the dangers of fake news, group think, mind control and mis/disinformation is to educate them as to how propaganda functions, how language is being used to manipulate us, and how to use language to safeguard our self-esteem, critical thinking, sacred attention and humanity. My name is Dani Katz. I am a journalist, author and Quantum Languaging consultant, devoted to teaching rebels, free-thinkers and visionary badasses how language creates reality; and how to use language to empower, uplift, inspire and transform the world for the more wonderful. While I stepped away from teaching my home school courses last year to focus on my new book, and my busy consulting practice, I continue to receive copious requests to teach my Pop Propaganda course for teens. In response to the wellsprings of demand, I am offering one last LIVE version of Pop Propaganda. The course will teach students how to discern the languaging coming through the media sphere, while resourcing them with tools that will allow them to think critically, and to decipher truth from propaganda, while cultivating Quantum Languaging skills that will allow them to use language to empower, uplift, include and equalize the cultural landscape.Register immediately, as space is super, very limited, and this course won't happen again:www.danikatz.com/poppropcourse

Hola! About Edna Iturralde > Edna Iturralde is the best-selling writer of children's books in Ecuador while her books are also sold in the United States, México, Central and South American countries. Money facilitates trade of goods and services and powers the global economy in many ways, ranging from a child’s lunch money to the world of international finance. Most discussions of money focus on the study of it from a rational standpoint, using the study of economics and statistics to decipher the relationship between currency and value and to predict future trends. Despite its connection to economics and rationality, money operates as an abstract concept. Its value arising from trust and belief in its exchangeability. However, we seldom stop to ask what money is, and what gives it its power. This week features Professor Gray Kochhar-Lindgren, Director of the Common Core Curriculum at the University of Hong Kong. Gray has recently published a scholarly article entitled "Trans-Rational Cash: Ghost-Money, Hong Kong and Nonmodern Networks" in which he uses a concept of "ghost money" to explore how traditional and modern practices are connected through the concept of nonmodern networks. By looking at money this way, we can explore the translations between money to ethics, morality, emotion, and status. We can also explore the ways in which money is legitimized against its ephemeral value
