She started the Underground Crafter blog in 2011 while working full-time in public higher education change management. As the Creativity Yenta, CARLOTA Zimmerman launched her business in 2008, with more moxie than money, crafting a coaching practice with clients throughout the US and Europe, a practice specializing in helping men and women around the world, manifest their personal and professional goals. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Carlota was a produced playwright and a TV writer/producer. She lived and worked in Russia, India and China, as well as across the United States.
