Parsha ‘Ekev’ (Deuteronomy 7:12-11:25) not only continues Moses’ ‘Farewell Address’ but some of the themes which permeate the Torah of YHVH: the repeated admonition to “hear and obey,” and KEEP His “commandments, judgments, and statutes,” and how that is inseparable from “love Him,” with all our “heart and soul.” But the other element that is just as vital, but far more overlooked, is the prohibition against “idolatry.” Trouble is, most of the ‘whore church’ no longer has a clue what that means. Not that He isn’t clear. The Erev Shabbat reading: https://hebrewnationonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/SSM-7-31-26-Ekev-teaching-podcast-xxx.mp3 This Torah portion is arguably a “one-two punch” to the understanding of why YHVH forbids idolatry in ANY form, but there are some additional specifics here that SHOULD really “hit home” — especially now. Mark Call of Shabbat Shalom Mesa fellowship investigates some of those elements, in the current context. And they should be uncomfortable. Because it not only underlines the distinction between the Real Messiah, and ‘another jesus,’ it also deals with other imposters – from Big Brothers Servants of Satan, to the AI god(s) currently “under construction.” But perhaps already out of the box. “Ekev: What it means to ‘Love Him’ – and why the WC definition of Idolatry is FAR TOO Narrow!” https://hebrewnationonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/WT-CooH-8-1-26-Ekev-Idolatry-TOO-NARROW-the-definition-podcast-xxx.mp3 Service information: Shabbat Shalom Mesa fellowship worship services and teachings are broadcast live every Sabbath, via Paltalk. The ‘news’ this week seems to have – at least in host Mark Call’s understanding – crossed a threshold. It’s been a long time coming. For all of our lives, just about every important major event has been, in one way or another, a lie. From the JFK assassination, to Waco, the OKC bombing, 911, and the COVID plandemic. Thirty years ago this month, hundreds of eyewitnesses on Long Island saw TWA flight 800 shot out of the sky, and the official response was not only a unbelievable, but a CIA cartoon that demonstrated the laws of physics and aerodynamics are subject to distortion when there is an agenda to push. Even George Floyd was a lie, just like the Charlie Kirk shooter patsy. Even the biggest landslide in history only stemmed the tide briefly. And, still, “Their Lips Have NEVER STOPPED Moving!” Why? And, most importantly, what does that tell us?
Even technical issues seem to have become a “sign of the times.” But today, and based on events THIS week, but following the trend, host Mark Call asks the question, “can you name a SINGLE major story during any of our lifetimes that has NOT been infested with the Big Lie?” It’s not a reason to despair – but it IS a reason to wake up to the Real Truth.

The Torah portion this week, called “Vaetchanan” in the Hebrew (Deuteronomy 3:11-7:11) is SO central to an understanding of why a return to the REAL teachings of the Messiah, Yahushua HaMashiach, is very literally a matter of Life and Death, that Mark Call of Shabbat Shalom Mesa thought it should be linked under the title that, while it might seem controversial, is also undeniable: His Mama NEVER Called Him ‘jesus’. It’s not about ‘vowel pointers,’ or pronunciation, or even language. It’s about whether we can even distinguish the Real from the fake. He IS, the “Way, the Truth, and the Life.” “He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.” How much MORE so the “Torah Made Flesh” Himself! Note: This is a direct link to the midrash itself. For those that would like to hear the entire presentation, which begins with a summary and reading of the Torah portion, the weekly link includes that one. If this is helpful to your understanding, and the reason WHY we do what we do, as He commands us, please share it.
Parsha ‘Vaet-Chanan’ (Deuteronomy 3:23-7:11) continues Moses’ ‘Farewell Address’ and lesson with “…and I BESOUGHT” Yahuah — but he was not allowed to enter the land, and that is followed up with some of the most important commandments in all of Scripture. But the “Ten Debarim” are just part of that; Yahushua noted that what precedes it, “Shema Israel,” is even greater. It is central to what Mark has called “Yahushua’s Razor.” The Erev Shabbat reading is one of the most important in His Torah: https://hebrewnationonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/SSM-7-24-26-Va-et-Chanan-teaching-podcast-xxx.mp3 This Torah portion is so powerfully central to the understanding of why YHVH forbids idolatry in ANY form, and is called “El Kanah” – the Jealous God – three times in this context. And since it also, without question, includes THE most important commandments in Scripture (to the point where He even uses the Singular – as in THE Commandment) this is the context where Mark Call of Shabbat Shalom Mesa fellowship outlines what he calls ‘THE Razor,’ which is the Truth so central to the ministry of the Torah Made Flesh, Yahushua, that it also serves to divide from what is probably the greatest lie in history: that ‘jesus’ somehow “did away with the Law.” What it shows is why the distinction between the Real Messiah, Who did NOT in any way, and the fake, is so vital. It’s not about pronunciation, or whether there was even a “J” in Hebrew for those 15 centuries. It’s far more fundamental, but is encapsulated in, His Mama NEVER Called Him ‘jesus’!” https://hebrewnationonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/WT-CooH-7-25-26-Va-et-Chanan-Baruch-Haba-but-non-in-the-name-of-a-Liar-w-Truth-not-in-Him-Moses-seat-QQQ-podcast-xxx.mp3 Service information: Shabbat Shalom Mesa fellowship worship services and teachings are broadcast live every Sabbath, via Paltalk. Host Mark Call takes a look back at some of the major news stories of the week ending 25 July, 2026. “War, war, and more war,” we could certainly see coming. And there is certainly no shortage of evidence that the Rule of Law has been dead and buried. But it’s the OTHER evidence about what has been going on for so long that should be the center of attention.
David Justice and Mark Call talk about a week where the destruction of the ‘Rule of Law’ seems to permeate just about every aspect of the news. And it looks like King Kong managed to escape his cage (although David thinks Frankenstein might be a better analogy…) Note: The book Mark mentioned, and recommended, is “Stolen Elections…” by Ralph Pezzullo.

Parsha ‘Devarim’ (Deuteronomy chapters 1 thru 3) are the “Words” that Moshe spoke to ‘all Israel’ during the last month of his life, and thus his “farewell address.” It’s also an elegant summary of His Torah, or the total Instruction, that was given by YHVH through him. And it begins with the parsha that introduces the Book with, of course, the same Hebrew name. The Erev Shabbat reading by Mark Call of SSM: https://hebrewnationonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/SSM-7-17-26-Devarim-teaching-podcast-xxx.mp3 The story that Moses ‘retells’ begins with a poignant observation: “It is [only] 11 days journey,” from …where you started off… to …where you were to end up. And yet it took 40 years. Then follows the lesson. After all, they were THERE with Moshe — even if some were very young, or even born after things he pointed out. But they were ALL still ‘very close’ to the situation. Thousands of years later, we still have the Book. But if they failed to “get it,” and heed the lesson, “how much more so” those who have been taught it has been “done away with,” and doesn’t even matter any more? Do we have a “love of the Truth,” or not? And, if so, can we rightly divide that ‘Word’ — and even follow after the Real, instead of the fake? “Debarim: Those Closest STILL Needed a Reminder – ‘How much MORE so’ Now?” https://hebrewnationonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/WT-CooH-7-18-26-Devarim-Those-Close-STILL-Needed-a-Reminder-the-Heavy-and-Light-podcast-xxx.mp3 Service information: Shabbat Shalom Mesa fellowship worship services and teachings are broadcast live every Sabbath, via Paltalk. News, commentary, and some important reflection, for the week ending Friday, 16 July, 2026.
This week the war, already long-escalated, took another quantum leap toward finality. And there was more show trial, more nomination posturing and lies, and more revelation of utter corruption in any unconstitutional agency with three or more letters. And yet, suggests Mark Call, there was an address by the president, that – during any other period of US history – would have been above-the-fold banner headlines in every news outlet on earth: the US has been riddled with election fraud. And it’s been covered up and lied about. Co-host David Justice suggests that there was little if anything ‘new’ in the speech; we’ve — if we’ve been paying attention — knew almost all of that years ago. And yet, somehow, there’s plenty of importance to ‘disagree’ about. Is it too late?
“Do Governments ALWAYS Lie?” Or is it just the safe way to bet? After all, even King David lied about at least one thing – his complicity in the murder of Uriah the Hittite, to cover up adultery. But maybe there is a bit of truth on occasion — after all, the “80/20 Rule” suggests it’s often THE most effective way to get the populace to swallow the propaganda, even though the “Big Lie” is usually in-play as well. Today host Mark Call looks at the evidence, but more importantly – the Implications. And they are literally “life and death,” and getting more so by the day.

Parsha ‘Matot’ (Numbers 30:2 through chapter 32) is one of those that Mark Call of Shabbat Shalom Mesa fellowship thinks, because of the “not-politically-correct” and thus too often utterly neglected chapter 30, deserves much more attention that it gets, particularly for reasons he tries to make clear. The Erev Shabbat reading is certainly an introduction: https://hebrewnationonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/SSM-7-10-26-Matot-teaching-podcast-xxx.mp3 The Sabbath day midrash begins by making clear, at least in part, why Mark is not a fan of combining Numbers chapter 30 into a double-portion. BUT, at least there are certainly consistent threads that link them, and demonstrate WHY honoring our word is so vital. The ‘rest of the story’ is why civilization collapses without it. And we’re there. And Numbers chapter 30 is at the heart of most of it. “Matot [and Masei]: Real MEN MUST ALWAYS Be Bound By their Word” https://hebrewnationonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/WT-CooH-7-11-26-Matot-Only-Real-MEN-can-be-BOUND-by-their-Word-podcast-xxx.mp3 Service information: Shabbat Shalom Mesa fellowship worship services and teachings are broadcast live every Sabbath, via Paltalk. Parsha ‘Korach’ (Numbers chapters 16 through 18) is popularly known as the story of “Korah’s Rebellion.” And the Erev Shabbat reading of the portion by Mark Call of SSM certainly explains why: https://hebrewnationonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/SSM-6-19-26-Korach-teaching-podcast-xx.mp3 But we risk missing out if we don’t ask some important questions, and not even just “why?” This was, after all, the guy who had led them through the Red, er, Sea of Reeds, and spoke directly to YHVH Himself. Who did they think they were? But maybe we shouldn’t be surprised. After all, Yahushua told all us that if we don’t believe “Moses’s Writings,” how could we believe His Words? “Korach: A Rebellion that was the First of Too Many https://hebrewnationonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/WT-CooH-6-20-26-Korach-If-we-cant-even-RECOGNIZE-Moses-how-can-we-hope-to-spot-a-FAKE-podcast-xxx.mp3 Service information: Shabbat Shalom Mesa fellowship worship services and teachings are broadcast live every Sabbath, via Paltalk. Parsha ‘Beha-alotecha’ ends with what Mark Call of Shabbat Shalom Mesa fellowship has often described as “the Whining.” Which is followed by ‘the Lusting.’ And a lot of people who end up dead as a result. And that leads directly into parsha “Shalach Lekha,” where the words mean “send out men.” It is the story of the infamous “spies” — including Joshua and Caleb — and is also what Mark calls the “first recorded VOTE in history.” And Joshua and Caleb LOST it, 10-2. But, much like ‘votes’ today, the only people that REALLY lost were those who participated. Their “bodies fell in the wilderness,” ultimately, as they were promised. The Erev Shabbat reading of the entire ‘parsha-plus’ clarifies that connection: https://hebrewnationonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/SSM-6-12-26-Beha-alotecha-through-Shalach-Lekha-teaching-podcast-xx.mp3 Did EVERY single man over the age of 20 die in the wilderness because they went along with the “evil report” of those ten spies? Scripture makes it clear that they did. But, other than Joshua and Caleb, weren’t there ANY men above ‘voting age’ that simply didn’t participate with that infamous ‘first vote’? Would God really do that? But it turns out the pattern, and the progression, are clear. First they “murmured,” but perhaps “whined” really is what it would probably be termed today. Then they lusted, and got quail. A LOT of it. And probably wished they hadn’t. But Scripture told us the complaining, and worse, was widespread – but did not use the word “all.” Even if it may have been the vast majority. UNTIL that ‘first recorded vote.’ After which, it says clearly, and repeatedly, “ALL” of ’em. And Joshua and Caleb admonished ALL of ’em, too. And then ALL of them tried to kill them both. After which “ALL” of them got what they deserved. Or had earned. But it may not have been the very first time after all. “Numbers 10 through Shalach-Lekha: “Sodom VOTED to Die! How long will ‘they’ Despise YHVH”? https://hebrewnationonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/WT-CooH-6-13-26-Beha-alotecha-through-Shalach-Lekha-How-Long-will-you-DESPISE-Me-My-Word-podcast-xxxx.mp3 Service information: Shabbat Shalom Mesa fellowship worship services and teachings are broadcast live every Sabbath, via Paltalk. David Justice and Mark Call discuss the news of the week, where it seems that the promise of things hidden being revealed is not only well underway, but so is the long-awaited reaction. But it had better be done right.
Host Mark Call takes a look back at some of the major news stories of the week ending 13 June, 2026. Last week, the question was, “Just how much MORE are Americans going to put up with?” But this week we saw what may have been one of the ‘final straws’ – at least until it is violently suppressed! – in Ireland, where yet another violent attack by Islamic invaders seems to have finally pushed too many people too far. While in the US, the Biggest of the Big Liars just keep doubling down. But it’s impossible to ‘un-see’.
So much has happened in just the last few weeks that most Americans probably never believed even COULD happen. Blatant election fraud, long denied, has become so flatulent that even the far left is embarrassed by the stench of LA. When they’re not paid to lie. And two examples of what happens to a dumbed-down, demoralized, and disarmed society when invaders rape, then kill, and finally humiliate them, have – MAYBE – even awakened no-longer-great Britain to how they have been defeated. So, Mark Call asks some questions. Even if it may already be too late for most of those who “reject knowledge,” and are now suffering for it. Not, “what will you do IF,” but what will you do WHEN? James Madison: “It is proper to take alarm at the first experiment on our liberties. We hold this prudent jealousy to be the first duty of citizens and one of the noblest characteristics of the late Revolution. The freemen of America did not wait till usurped power had strengthened itself by exercise and entangled the question in precedents. They saw all the consequences in the principle, and they avoided the consequences by denying the principle. We revere this lesson too much … to forget it.” But AmeriKa did. Before any of us were even born. JFK: “When peaceful revolution is made impossible, violent revolution becomes inevitable.”

News and commentary for Monday, 8 June, 2026. And, today – even an exercise in understanding, and EXPOSING, propaganda.
A few weeks back, Mark Call of Shabbat Shalom Mesa made the decision to spend a bit more time on the last few weeks of regular readings, which included a “double-portion,” separately. Hopefully you saw why that was important. So, this week, we’ll continue to catch up, with a bit more than parsha ‘Naso,’ (Numbers 4:22 through chapter 7) and continue through a section in chapter 10 that seems to fit well. The reading for parsha Naso begins with the remainder of the duties of the tribe of Gershon, and then summarizes the ‘census’ of the Levites, after which the narrative changes, and we again see that those who were “unclean” – for several reasons – were to be “put out,” or “shalach” in the Hebrew, a word we’ve seen before – of the camp. And that is followed up by descriptions of two other ‘processes,’ described in detail, which seem utterly foreign to most of ‘the sun-day church’ today. https://hebrewnationonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/SSM-6-5-26-Naso-plus-thru-ch-10-teaching-podcast-xx.mp3 The Sabbath Day midrash this week begins with a question: What is it about those two, apparently very different, situations, and thus processes, the connects them? And why do they follow immediately after the commandment to “shalach” or put out of the camp, the “unclean?” The process outlined for the “sota” – or the woman whose husband suspects adultery, but has no proof – is said to be the ONLY one of its kind in Scripture, where YHVH actually PROMISES a miracle, one way or another. It’s also misunderstood and mis-taught (witness most of the twisting you’ve probably heard about ‘Jesus and the Woman CAUGHT in adultery’) and yet still at the very heart of so many of the most important events in all of human history! Why does the ‘whore church’ then ignore the real lesson? And that is followed-up immediately by the process surrounding the ‘Nazerite vow.’ Samson was said to be one “from his mother’s womb,’ as perhaps John the Baptist may have been as well. But Shaul, aka “Paul of Tarsus” notably TOOK such a vow, after he came to know Yahushua, notably, and yet most of xtianity has NEVER heard that! For reasons that Mark says, as the discussion unfolds, are obvious now. “Naso-plus: “Put out” the Unclean – but then Other Ignored Commandments That Speak VOLUMES about what we have been MIS-taught” https://hebrewnationonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/WT-CooH-6-6-26-Naso-plus-thru-ch-10-Shalach-the-unclean-the-Sota-the-Nazerite-and-HOW-MUCH-MORE-so-Es-QQQ-podcast-xxx.mp3 Service information: Shabbat Shalom Mesa fellowship worship services and teachings are broadcast live every Sabbath, via Paltalk.
