Is your contact center ready to become a profit center? Agility requires not just adopting new technologies like AI, but also fundamentally rethinking how we structure our teams, measure success, and interact with customers. It demands a willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt quickly in a constantly evolving landscape. Today, we're going to talk about how artificial intelligence is revolutionizing the contact center, transforming it from a cost center into a driver of customer loyalty and revenue growth. People said he couldn't build a hardware brand without $10 million dollars. He raised only $2 million. In the beginning, he made some critical mistakes that should have been lethal. Mighty Audio overcame the challenges. Time and time again, Anthony and his team have encountered challenges and found a way to succeed. Whether it is because of their great partners, developing a competitive advantage, or having a vision and mission that propels them forward, Anthony shares with us why Might Audio has gotten to where it is now and what is going to keep their brand successful in the future. Listen to this episode and hear Anthony Mendelson, CEO of Mighty Audio share the inside story of building a hardware brand. It all started with fitness. Working out was Anthony Mendelson's time for himself. But like everyone else, he would bring his phone into the gym and get text messages, DMs, etc. Working out wasn't the stress reliever he had planned it to be. He started asking himself, do other people have this problem? Eventually, he realized that there was a whole segment of people who wanted to disconnect from their phones and other digital distractions. That's when the idea of Mighty Audio came about and the tagline: Breakfree was born. Mighty Audio's mission was to give people the time to focus on themselves and the things they love, not the things that distract from that. Along, the way, we raised money, built a team, developed a strategic partnership, made mistakes and learned a whole lot along the way. Listen to this episode and hear Anthony Mendelson, CEO of Might Audio s the inside story of the building a hardware brand. God knew that the people would be tempted to be afraid and then let that fear keep them from taking the Promised Land. They wanted to take the Promised Land. They knew God wanted them to take the Promised Land. But as it always does, fear threatened to keep them from doing what they wanted and receiving what God had promised. Knowing this, God tells them not to be afraid. God telling them not to be afraid is not empty encouragement. God doesn’t tell them not to be afraid because they are big and strong and they can do it. God doesn’t' tell them not to be afraid because the enemy isn't all that strong. No, God tells them not to be afraid because He is great, awesome, and He is with them. This is why they were not to be afraid. This is why we are not to be afraid. The power and presence of God frees me from fear. This passage gives us two reasons that the power and presence of God frees us from fear.
