Growing up with Euro Dance, he developed more and more and started over the years towards electronic dance music. At the age of 16 years he began deejaying to online web radio stations like Beatnight.at or Musicbase.fm. With his majority, he was allowed to play the first time as a newcomer in the "Codex" in Achern. On his 20th birthday he was one of the first DJs ever, the "Hausbar" recorded in Lahr. After the „Hausbar“ it went uphill. Windekind became a member of the booking agency "Blanc Booking" and recorded in the "Culteum" in Karlsruhe. There he was resident for an half year. After that many bookings followed. He played in the "Inside" in Emmendingen, in the "Universal DOG" in Lahr, in the "KGB" in Freiburg, in the "London Underground" in Ludwigshafen, the "Gotec" in Karlsruhe and the "Ms Connexion" in Mannheim. In 2012 he began to produce. Now he Produce for Labels like Hardwandler Records, Egothermia Records, Naughty Pills Records and many more. Without further ado a computer and an old 2-Channel Mixer were set up. The NakedPilotz were born. Driven by the passion for electronic music and the magical feeling to make people dance to the music coming from their “turntables”, various first steps were made in the following years. Every free minute was used to try and test new ideas, to purchase first equipment, and to read and exchange news amongst one another. Time went by and in March 2008, after Bernd returned from his year abroad, the three were reunited. It took months until they were able to finally demonstrate their skills for the first time at the “Technotika und Sonic-Warrior DJ-Contest” on the 28th of August 2008 in the notorious Vinylbar in Frankfurt am Main. Due to the lack of experience, a 2nd place was the result of months of work. This success, however, opened them the doors to several clubs in the Rhein-Main area. It was not long until their next gig in the „U60311“ followed. Since then they have constantly continued developing their sound. In search of the perfect setup they not only altered their equipment several times, but their sound continues to evolve so that today one can speak of a unique ”Pilotz-Sound”. Today they combine a 4-Deck-Play with many live elements into an impulsive sound, which, together with their distinctive outfits, will guarantee a special experience. The rhythm of his fathers records was the background of his childhood; then things got serious when he found himself in front of his first consolle and an irrepressible musical passion took over. His orientation was progressive, as interpreted by the Tuscan movement, which took of in the Nineties. Public acclaim came in 1994, when he won an international DJ competition organized by a well-known club in Udine, which, given the success of the young DJ, asked him to continue to perform. Around that time he became a member of the staff of Radio SuperNetwork, at first as a mixing desk technician and then with his own program in which he proposed the latest innovations of his genre. Meanwhile he continued to perform in clubs all over Friuli, keeping in close contact with the public. In 1996 he left the radio and joined the famous Prima Scelta Agency for DJs in Padua, managed by Donatello, the well-known PR of the Syncopate Party; he began collaborating with the MMADESS Agency and his range of action extended over the entire Triveneto area. Moreover he also had the possibility to play in abroad for a couple of times. As a dj he plays the newest techno elements in his unique mixing style in great harmony. He played with many well-known djs such as Alfonso Forte, AnGy KoRe, Alex Di Stefano, Loco & Jam, Felipe aka Philipp Straub, Collins & Behnam, Lank, Mannel, Dennes Deen, Mark Dekoda, Wla Garcia and many other great talents. In 2008 Peat got the passion to express himself by creating his own style based on sounds in his head and heart, borned by his minds and feelings. In his tracks he prefers the dark elements from his unique world of techno. He has cooperated with many great and talented producers like Angy Kore, Alfonso Forte, Peppelino, Plan-E, Lampenfieber, Swallen, Ketto, Lowboys, Anthony Castaldo, Damolh33, Fabrizio Pettorelli, WorDa, A.K.O, Andrewboy, Gaga, MightyB and many others. In 2010 he started a party series called „Drastic Night” where he always impresses the audience with his great skills which was instrumental in that the Drastic Night became well-known all over Hungary and in the near countries as well. 2011 was the year when he established his own label, the Naughty Pills Records with the aim of being a platform to release quality Techno and Minimal music from great and talented producers worldwide who can make you feel the beats inside.
