We discuss the Patriots/Rams Super Bowl results and then dive into our way too early Top 5 picks for the 2019 Fantasy Football season!
There are two major takeaways from Sunday’s Patriots/Rams Super Bowl. The first one is obvious: Julian Edelman’s beard's true identity is revealed in today’s podcast and when you hear what it, you’ll never ever be able to look at him again without a smile. And the second takeaway is what defines greatness and how the patriots are teaching you one of life’s greatest most powerful lessons: the art of being present.
Has there ever been a bigger bummer of a Super Bowl than this year? We've got the Rams, who are a fun team to watch and have been good all year, but quite frankly are only there because of incompetent officiating playing the loathsome Patriots who ruin everything. How much fun would the Chiefs vs the Rams or Saints have been? Tons! But NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO we can have fun anymore! This is 2019 and everything has suck! Well, everything except IWS Radio. We refuse to join in with all the miserable bastards trying to suck all the fun out of everything! We will be analyzing the Patriots/Rams Super Bowl of course, but mostly we will be talking about Super Bowl parties! Plus there are lots and lots of great birthdays this time of year including both Jamie's and Matt's, so we'll be celebrating them too! We'll also talk about surviving the latest Polar Vortex to invade our great country from the north. And, who knows what else we might get into. So join Matt, Jay and Jamie along with the IWS Players for all the shenanigans as we bring the funny in an attempt try to turn everyone's frown upside down! As always the phone lines will be open @ 661.244.9852!
