At one time Simon did financial planning and you will see our discussion on what people need to do for their future. Remember in episode 2 where Steve Thompson (click here to go to it) talked about investing in your past, your present and your future. Simon delves into the difficulties people have over time. Are you willing to work toward your future. We discuss the 3 components of retirement. Simon says, you can't pull out what you don't put in. Listen for the information that you need to calculate your future. It's easy to get your status. We discuss what you can do if you are off target in your retirement. Along with this, what do you do if your skills are getting antiquated. Most people's skills are becoming outdated. How and when do you need passive income? No matter where you are, age and income, must you jump outside your comfort zone? How can you jump outside your comfort zone and still not get embarrassed nor lose confidence, but actually gain confidence. We discussed finding a mentor and listening and mimicking your mentor (Easiest Path to Success, we go deep in Episode 7). Simon likes and uses the following quote - (and see why this advice helped at a younger age, dating) "You miss 100% of the shots you don't take."    - Wayne Gretzky How to Contact Simon: http://www.simongranner.com  Recommended Book: Mindset: The New Psychology of Success by Carol Dweck
