Harold Steward and Tonasia Jones from The Theater Offensive, join Emergent Strategy's Architect, Sage Crump, on the podcast. Steward and Jones engage listeners with the ongoing process of deep change at The Theater Offensive. The conversation is a steady reflection on the ways they implement Emergent Strategy in sitting with complexity (and maybe finding some joy in complexity), and creating a space that centers people and relations. Excellent listening for anyone, but especially those in nonprofit work who are looking to implement a strategic plan, work collectively to create a new work culture, and interested in working from the future.

This episode we go back to antiquity for Mara Elissa Palma's Octavia and Kleopatra, which imagines what would happen if these two legendary women in history had clashed. In our talk with Mara we discuss mining the past for strong female characters, Shakespeare nerdism, her plans for taking over the world, and a certain actor's theory about what is and isn't enough representation.
