Lorraine “Tracy” McAdam began having extraterrestrial contact experiences since the age of three. She remembers seeing images of two human looking “Nordic” extraterrestrials projected onto her ceiling and communicating with them. One was blonde while the other had dark hair. She would repeatedly see the blonde-haired Nordic throughout her life in different situations. Swaruu revealed how extraterrestrials from the Pleiadian star system along with members of the Galactic Federation of Worlds, were interacting with humanity to help free itself from negative extraterrestrials and their human minions. Gosia and Robert began publicly releasing the messages first in Spanish (2017) and then in English (2018) on their respective websites. They revealed how the Taygetans, who came from four inhabited planets in their star system, along with Galactic Federation members from all over the galaxy observed a Prime Directive that guided their activities and intervention in Earth affairs. Swaruu relayed the 10 principles comprising the Prime Directive in 2018, which is the first time these were publicly released in their entirety. Swaruu explained how there were important philosophical differences between extraterrestrials civilizations over how the Prime Directive should be implemented, which accounted for why the Taygetans were often critical of the Federation's lack of action in preventing human misery on Earth and acted independently. In 2020, Aneeka, another Taygetan girl, this time from the planet Temmer, took over from Swaruu and continued sending messages through the internet to Gosia and Robert. Aneeka was followed by other individuals from the planets Erra and Temmer. These included the females, Alenym of Temmer (ex-Queen of Taygeta), Athena Elizabeth of Temeer, Nai'shara of Erra, and Sophia Swaruu, along with Queen Mari, First of Taygeta. Two Taygetan males also transmitted messages, Dhor Kaal'el of Temmer and Raguel of Temmer. The Taygeta messages have been released in video format along transcripts and number well over 500 by 2025, and collectively comprise one of the largest bodies of work on extraterrestrial life and their intervention on Earth. In her first interview on Exopolitics Today, Gosia answers questions about how and why the Taygetans began to independently send messages to receptive humans in 2008, but only she and Robert chose to make these public. Gosia learned that she was a walk-in from Taygeta and had arrived on Earth in 2017 via an immersion chamber, which is a combination of a medbed and holographic entertainment unit used by Taygetans for immersive experiences. One unforgettable night during his teenage years, a quiet swim with a friend turned surreal when a blinding light and a deep, vibrating hum descended above their pool, leaving the boys in stunned silence. Later in life, Steven witnessed a truly massive, flat-bottomed craft drifting silently over his neighborhood. It was a moment of awe, quickly followed by disbelief from others… until a friend independently confirmed seeing the same UFO just miles away, describing it in exact detail. But Steven's experiences go far beyond traditional sightings. In 1986, a weekend trip to a lakeside cottage took a bizarre turn when two men revealed that their friend “BILL” wasn't from Earth. That weekend exposed Steven to strange technology, mysterious artifacts, and a glowing blue sphere said to possess powerful healing abilities, an encounter that left him shaken and full of unanswered questions. Hailing from the city of sin, Las Vegas, Nevada, Dreams As Nightmares is a fresh voice in metal-core, influenced by genre-related bands like ERRA and Tesseract, while dipping into the melodic essence from artists like Dio and Alice in Chains. Their music blends technical finesse and raw emotion, offering a sound that's both powerful and deeply relatable, crafting a sonic space where fans can feel seen and supported through the embrace of tough times and challenges. Their debut single "Into The Storm" (2025) sets the bar as the starting point of a journey where members and fans will be a towering force to be reckoned with by the world. Dreams As Nightmares was conceived in 2023 as the project of guitarist Alejandro Gomez, after having parted ways with his past projects Image Intent and Damaged Savage. Following the creation of the project, he joined forces with Rich Thomas from Auralight (AZ) and A Suffocating Lie (CA) and independent singer/songwriter Connor Hetzel, adding a powerful vocal duo, combining raw screaming with prominent cleans, and opening the doors to a wider audience. Subsequently, the addition of guitarist Thomas Velasquez of Tree Frog Express and The Noir Movement made the band a creative powerhouse, combining different musical backgrounds, leading to the refinement of the band's catalog. Brit Elders was part of the first US investigatory team that visited Billy Meier in Switzerland in 1976 to examine his photos, videos and physical evidence of flying saucer craft that were landing near his home in Switzerland. She and her husband Lee Elders, along with their colleague Thom Welch, accompanied the legendary Lt. Col. Wendelle Stevens, traveled to Meier's home where they interviewed Meier, heard first-hand about his extraordinary contact experiences, and were given extensive physical evidence for their investigation. The Elders and Welch co-authored the first book about Meier in 1979 called UFO Contact from the Pleiades. This was followed by Volume 2 that came out in 1982 and provided more data about the scientific investigation of Meier's physical evidence. Both volumes have been re-released in a 45th Anniversary Edition in 2024. In their books and accompanying film documentary, the Elders displayed dozens of high-quality photos and videos Meier gave them along with the results of their scientific investigation. The Elders ended their formal investigation of Meier's case in 1983 with the conclusion that Meier was genuinely interacting with off-world visitors since at least 1975., Brit continues to frequently communicate with Meier whose extraterrestrial contacts continue to the present day. Many of Meier's contacts have led to him being given remarkably accurate predictions about world events. In her second Exopolitics Today interview, Elders goes into detail about the propulsion technologies used by the Pleiadians to travel the 800 light years distance from Taygeta in 7 hours. She also discusses the socio-economic and political conditions on the planet Erra in the Taygeta star system which uses a barter system rather than any currency. Elders discusses how Meier went through a period where the Pleiadians refused to allow him to take any more photos after the first 800 were not properly distributed. She discusses the famous metals analysis conducted by Dr. Marcel Vogel of some of the beamship metal that Meier was able to obtain, which was found to have a non-earthly origin. She discussed the accurate prophecies of world events given to Meier by the Pleiadians. Finally, Brit Elders discussed subsequent investigations of other contactees in South America, along with working with Mexico's Jaime Maussen in evaluating hundreds of photos of UFO fleets flying over Mexico.
