We talk briefly about the theatrical debut of his new horror movie, “Director's Cut” – but we will have him back on to talk more about that!  In this episode we focus mainly on his book, “Colombo: the Unsolved Murder” – and talk about his theories on the Colombo killing, organized crime in NYC, FBI / CIA involvement in conspiracies, COINTELPRO, working with Anthony Colombo on the book, Colombo's involvement with getting the movie “The Godfather” made, and more!  This episode will hit hard for fans of true crime and organized crime Mob / Mafia content!   From his bio: Don Capria is most known for his true crime biography, Colombo: the Unsolved Murder (2015) based on the life of mob icon Joe Colombo. In 2014, Don Capria wrote and directed his award winning short film, Eulogy, and shortly after returned to work in music as an artist manager. He continued to direct and produce music videos and other short form content. In 2019 he filmed the pilot for his scripted TV series, Abaddon, starring Erika Alexander. In 2021 he wrote and directed his award winning short film, Anecdota, a post apocalyptic horror starring 11-year old newcomer, Bella Grace. Now, Capria has written and directed, Director's Cut, a horror / slasher that follows a young band going to shoot their first music video with a mysterious director.
