Stallholder Bob tells Molly he is borrowing a friend's boat to go on a boat trip, hopefully to see dolphins. Molly asks if she can go too. Bob says she can if she can find another adult to come too. Molly asks her dad, James, who is not sure as he has suffered from sea sickness in the past. Molly persuades him to come. On the boat the sea gets choppy and James starts to feel ill. Molly asks Bob for help, and he suggests a trick he used when he was younger. They all try it out and James feels a little better. On the way back they are rewarded with a lovely sight, which makes everyone's day.
