The idea of self-care can be confusing. Many of us find that after stripping off the face masks and clicking the remote to turn off our favorite shows, our more deeply rooted issues still remain. Another misconception is that we have to neglect everyone and everything else in our lives in order to prioritize ourselves, leading us to think that self-care is selfish. Today we will learn to ditch the more trendy versions of self-care and create a practice that is truly beneficial to us.
