The goal - Inspire, motivate, educate, and set it straight. Coach Groovy: Motivational Movements is a self help podcast dedicated to imparting wisdom, offering guidance, and providing perspective to others' noble endeavors in becoming better by the day. After years of finding myself inundated by the effects of stress and overwhelmed by life, I had reached an inflection point; I took my life/health into my own hands, made global changes, and saw sizable results. I lacked guidance and direction at points in the past, and typically turned to my headphones to listen to podcasts for clarity and inspiration. This full-circle path towards fulfillment has led me to this present moment where I am now currently beginning podcasts of my own and aspiring towards a career in music. I felt impelled to create this show to share my tactics, philosophies, and approaches, as well as the knowledge I have accrued (and continue to accrue due to my passion for reading/learning) so I can potentially help others just as I have learned to help myself. Other people make my world go 'round, so considering the lengths I have come in my own life, giving back in a meaningful way only seemed right.Themes to Expect- Self Help- Understanding/ Coping with Anxiety- Facing Adversity- How to Improve Your Mindset- Emotional Intelligence Skills- Focus- Goal Setting- OptimizationAnd many more! I hope to create better and higher quality content over the long haul! I just love podcasting.

Back for a brief discussion on responsibility, accountability, and credibility. I personally believe that these traits are key ingredients that can constitute a great leader; one that exudes maturity, gets results, and serves as a respectable role model. How responsible are you? Has irresponsibility ever gotten you in trouble? For me at least, acting unruly in the past, ducking commitments, and avoiding responsibilities had only led to greater grief in the long run; precisely why I felt obligated to put together this episode. Enjoy.Feel free to reach out and DM me for any reason, especially if you have anyquestions! https://www.instagram.com/joes_flow_podcast/
Back after a week hiatus, the Coach has been lifted from a coronavirus isolation-induced funk. This week's show is more so on the philosophical side; I dare to ask "What is meaning?", "What is the purpose of life?", "How can we make meaningful changes?", and "What actions can transport us to the life of our dreams?". Using our immense capacity, remarkable creative abilities, and our intuition, I believe we can effectively actualize our dreams - the ones grounded in the realm of possibility that is! Personally, I used my creativity to devise this episode - potentially a testament to some of the points made within the content; you decide. Let me know what you think. Feel free to leave a reviews, download the show, subscribe, or reach out! That would mean a lot! Have a good one folks! What's up everyone? In this episode I discuss rebounding from failure or mistakes as to lessen the potential damage and to help others move forward smoothly! We've all failed before, and I wanted to convey that that's okay; it's all a part of the growing process! Recovery from failure is in fact possible, and sometimes, all it takes is to re define mistake, look at these instances as guiding experiences, or to simply see the humor in it all! Other related topics are gone over; I assure you that listening to this installment wont't be a mistake! I can only hope that those who tune in and learn how to make solid comebacks will only comeback for more! In this episode, the utility of positive thinking and the effects of honing an optimistic mentality are discussed. The goal is to instill motivation and wisdom and to show you how you can strengthen your mindset to better handle various forms of adversity. Emotional states, focus, mentality, and other topics are touched upon in this initial installment to the series. There's more to the matter than simply just optimism vs pessimism; a level of objectivity is another important ingredient when striving towards a life that is both progressive and realistic.
