A storyteller with Pittsburgh roots and the accent to prove it, Dave D is on his game, from the Pittsburgh escapades, the fruit breakdown and a little deep dive into the parking situation in the Burgh.  Apples and jagoffs aren't the only thing the two Pittsburgh guys agree on, but you don't want to miss any of it.Dameshek stays to talk sports with the boys, and Dave called for THE SONG to lead things off.  Dameshek never heard THE SONG so that prompted a discussion about team songs.  Neuby went right back to 1979, and like we always say on THE SHOW, we talk about sports, gambling and family.  It's everything but the Stargell Stars, then a Fly Eagles Fly, and Carl can only think of one to describe the Red Sox right now, and it's not Dirty Water.  Baseball bon dia, bon tarde, bon noche comes next.  You don't have to be a big baseball nut to listen to these baseball thoughts as Dave asks CH and Dave D about the pennant races and who they are looking to bet down the stretch.  Popcorn, peanuts and Cracker Jack are baseball snacks, and the guys go back and forth without a rain delay before getting to the main course.Coming off a rousing debut last week, Neuby gets you "In the Gun" for the football talk.  Who is going to win the AFC South & the NFC West?  He gives the other guys the odds and asks who is going to win, but more importantly, is there any reason to bet them with those odds?  Shooting from the hip, Dameshek fires away with a couple season win thoughts, CH looks for a way to work Brady in, and Dave says it's Titans to lose.  NFC West has everybody stymied but man, its a good conversation.  Football is back.Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L had one question on “Carl's Corner” segment of the show.  What are your go to snacks when you watch sports?  The answers will make you hungry. Neuby went to an old standby, Dave went a little nuts, Dameshek broke down a big nut and introduced Shek's mix to the world while CH got his popcorn ready.  An all timer in Carl's Corner this week.As it always does, The Take a Minute segment closed the show on Cash Considerations.  Neuby pulls out the penny slots , CH thanked Donald Fehr via Big Papi, Dameshek buckles up and bings for a whole minute, and Dave said something about jagoffs, fights and milk crates.  One minute each and bet the over for laughs.Sit back, listen in & laugh a bunch to this special August snacks episode of the Cash Considerations podcast. Follow the show @CashConsidShowFollow Dave @SportsBkConsigFollow Carl @CarlHascallFollow Neuby @NeubyTalksFollow Dave Dameshek @DameshekEmail us at CashConsidShow@gmail.com

Phillies? Braves?   Dave always says "Nobody Knows Shit", but after this segment, there may be a new segment called "Neuby Knows Shit."Speaking of new segments, Dave hands off the football talk to Neuby, and he goes "In the Gun".  Nobody watches the preseason so Neuby went straight to the regular season.  Who is going to win the NFC North & the AFC North?  He gives the other guys the odds and asks who is going to win, but more importantly, is there any reason to bet them with those odds?  Finally, it's FOOTBALL talk.  Packers that easy?  The Browns, really? His friends didn't know what time it was but they got a wake up call of their own. A lifelong Bears fan, he reminded everybody about the Super Bowl Shuffle win over Carl's Patriots, and then he dished out the truth about deep dish pizza snobs in Chicago. Lastly, people called him an idiot back in the day, but Chris got “your a idiot“ last laugh on everybody. Not a writer, no longer a waiter, but a gentleman and a good son in every sense of the word, Chris brought his A game.Sports wise this week, the boys went to the NBA first because, well, it's finally over. Bucks in six beat Suns in four, and Giannis was MVP. Neuby had the Bucks, CH became a Giannis fan with Dave, but how can the Nets be 2/1 to win the title next year? It takes Giannis longer to shoot a free throw than it does for the boys to move on to baseball.Dave forgot to say bon dia, bon tarde, bon noche but the baseball segment is nothing but heaters. Who wins the AL East? Did the Yankees really get Joey Gallo? Did you say Joey Callo with a C? Our guy CH breaks it down pretty easily, and Neuby hit it out of the park without even looking at the pitch. The National League East comes down to the Mets, Braves and Phillies, and the boys are split on who wins it. Trade deadline is coming up and all three of the guys think there are moves coming. Next stop is the medal stand. The Olympics are on but is anybody watching it? Real question, is anybody betting it? Neuby makes a big splash in the pool, as Dave and Carl sound off about the challenges of the time change in Japan. It's a gold medal performance in record time to get to the best corner in sports gambling.Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L had two questions on “Carl's Corner” segment of the show. If you were to compete in an Olympic sport that wasn't a real sport, what would it be? Then, the follow up was what would be your actual Olympic sport. The answers will both surprise and make you laugh. Catching shit, drinking shit or taking a shit, there is no ribbon for Neuby and sadly no ace for Carl. Ping ponging back and forth, they end the point with a smash. As it always does, The Take a Minute segment closed the show on Cash Considerations. Neuby told everybody to look to the middle and be quiet, CH missed an ace by inches in a round of golf with his friends, and Dave paid tribute to Mama Donna and Big Consig turning 18 in the circle of life.Sit back, listen in & laugh a bunch to this trade deadline, Olympic July episode of the Cash Considerations podcast. Follow the show @CashConsidShowFollow Dave @SportsBkConsigFollow Carl @CarlHascallFollow Neuby @NeubyTalksFollow Chris @ChrisRongeyEmail us at CashConsidShow@gmail.com

This week, the phone rang & the Consig and the boys answered. THIS IS THE SHOW.  It's Omaha, Omaha but not that Omaha. Dave, Carl and Neuby are joined by Cody Stafford (@CoachStafford6) with the late June, postseason edition of the Cash Considerations Show.Sometimes, you just have to say the hell with it and do something. In their first on site interview from a sporting event, Dave, Carl and Neuby welcome the Cody Stafford to the show, live from the College World Series. A supervisor at Circa Sports in Las Vegas, Cody is a baseball dude and took a couple days to go see some ball in person. He has plays, he can still hit a curveball, and he has one of the best mustaches in the game. It's another at bat for Stafford in his bid to get on the Show, and he goes yard.Sports wise this week, the boys went to the NBA first. There is no Sixers song, as the Sixers did the Philly thing and exited the playoffs early. Neuby took it like a champ, and Carl got him to play a new song.  The Hawks are in the Eastern Conference Finals. Can they win it? Are the Bucks just going to steam past them? Will anyone be watching? As far as Clippers-Suns, Dave said the Clips are not dead, and the boys gave you their thoughts on each series.  #AnybodyButTheNets worked once so who is next? The “Pulling the Goalie” playoff edition might as well have been done in French. Dave & CH talk a little Islanders-Lightning and give you a little game 7 breakdown. As for Vegas, hockey season is over in the desert. Nobody knows shit. Except Neuby, who said that Montreal would win the series. It's quick, it's fast and it's a full line change to baseball. Bon dia, bon tardi, bon noche. Back to the dugout to find the mailbag.Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L went to the listeners for questions on the “Carl's Corner” segment of the show. Last week, after the first in person meet up, Carl can stop thinking about hoagies so it's sandwich time. What is your favorite sandwich? We saved the cheesesteak for you.As it always does, The Take a Minute segment closed the show on Cash Considerations. In their first CC sit down IN PERSON meeting, Carl and Neuby welcome the Consig kids to the show, and before you know it, they are now known as everyone's “favorite” uncles. Big Consig and Middle Consig answer the tough questions and ask a few of their own. It's not just doubles and bombs, bruh. But the socials are all there, even the ‘Gram and the Snap thing, and they got you on the follow back. Questions, answers and stories do not disappoint.Sports wise this week, the boys went to the NBA first. The Sixers were toast, down 3-2 to the Hawks, then they played the song. Neuby mushed the Hawks and now it's game 7. What's the line and what's the play? Carl knows, and he asks Dave. As far as Clippers-Suns, they all have an idea and fire up  some 3s. And as always, everybody is rooting for #AnybodyButTheNets. The “Pulling the Goalie” playoff edition is all business. Dave & CH run the power play as the Cup run continues with four teams. This week, the Consig made an executive decision & had a sit down with the boys.  THIS IS THE SHOW.  No guest. No bullshit. All heart. Dave, Carl and Neuby air all family business with the “For the Boys” edition of the Cash Considerations Show.Everyone knows there were five families in “The Godfather.” In their first CC sit down meeting, each guy gives you their family story, in their words, on their terms. Where you from, who you are, how the hell did you get here?  Everybody has a story, and this one is all about the boys.Carl starts things off. The oldest of three, CH is a Boston guy with a New England accent that only is heard at night. After a storied JV basketball career along with some baseball exploits, Carl went from playing to coaching. A dad with two sons, Coach Carl coached baseball and was the best hockey mom ever. He left one comment on the show, and now he is the co-host/coordinating producer/social media manager/email guy of the show. Not a bad play by CH.  Neuby is next up on the mic. The youngest of five, it took him awhile to get started, but man, can Neuby talk. Even in his storied football career, Noobs took kicks from his big sister and kept getting up. Nobody puts Nooby in a corner, but the girls did dress him up and paint his nails once. In addition to hosting a show called Bet On Lacrosse and production work on Wagertalk, everybody's favorite is the co-host/executive producer of the CC show. No Neuby mush here. Then, it's Dave's turn. One question, one story, one time. The full “I had a stroke” story, in it's entirety. It's about family, a father & a son, a dad and his daughters. Powerful to hear in his voice, Dave is blessed, lucky & grateful, the words he used to describe his daughters before he strutted out of the hospital nine months ago. He is our quarterback and co-host of the CC show. With the family business out of the way, the boys got to the sports. First it is NBA. You know what time it is..time to PLAY THE SONG!! Neuby calls the gentleman's sweep in Hawks-Sixers, Carl reiterates #AnybodyButTheNets, and Dave says it's all chalk in the West. The “Pulling the Goalie” playoff edition is welcomed in with a new song for Bruins fans. Dave & CH run the power play as the Cup run continues with four teams, including the Vegas Golden Knights. Can the Isles beat the Ning? Will the Habs get a game from VGK? It's quick, it's fast and it's a full line change to baseball. Bon dia, bon tardi, bon noche. Back to the dugout to find the mailbag.Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L went to the listeners for questions on the “Carl's Corner” segment of the show. Send us your best questions via Twitter or email, and the best ones get asked on the show. Dave went from Pittsburgh to Penn State to Curacao to Vegas. Neuby had some great answers while Carl kept them coming. Mayo takes, Circa contests & fantasy football. After college at Villanova,  Frankie avoided law school and went to work for a soccer team front office.  A few corner kicks later,Whispers made the trek to Las Vegas and started making moves. Combining fantasy expertise with sports book savvy, Frankie used his New York street smarts to land a gig with the iconic Sports Illustrated brand. With connections that run deep, Frankie has info and shares the knowledge with all of us, including the Belmont breakdown. Frankie is not a horse whisperer, but you get a tri from a guy who hit both the Derby and the Preakness loud and clear in the interview. Pat’s wins, no wiz and he is all in on the thing #AnybodyButTheNets.Whispers sticks around with the boys to talk sports, gambling and life. First stop is the NBA. The Nuggets & Jazz are in, while the LA teams trail in their series. Before the end of the show, the Lakers are eliminated. Will the Clippers beat the Mavs? Frankie and the boys give you their pick. The Nets face the Bucks in the East, but Neuby has to be consoled about Jo Jo Embid’s knee injury for his Sixers. Dave knows what to do to help and the boys PLAY THE SONG. With everyone feeling better, the boys go from the court to the ice.The Stanley Cup playoffs are the best playoffs, and the “Pulling the Goalie” segment does not disappoint. Dave looked at each series, and Carl and Frankie each took a shift. Boston keeps winning, Marchand keeps scoring and Carl had Neuby play a different song. The hit in Montreal is discussed before the boys touch up and ice this segment. The baseball talk, newly dubbed “Good morning , Good afternoon, Good night,” is all heat. Frankie nails the first pitch right out of the park when Dave asks the boys about the NL West. Neuby is all about the lax, but gives you what he has. The NL East is next, and Frankie makes a case to add another song to the board. The Mets? The Braves? Lastly, it gets all heated when the boys discuss the AL East. A couple brush back pitches are thrown between Boston Carl and NY Frankie, but it’s just “sports hate” and fun talk. Names get brought up like Pettitte & Pedro, but like any baseball brawl, no punches are thrown, and the show goes on.Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L went with a graduation question on the “Carl’s Corner” segment of the show. Tell us your personal, best, pranks you pulled or had done to you. Dave had a few from Penn State days, Neuby had one from high school, Frankie pleaded the fifth rather than incriminate himself, and Carl put shit in an office and then followed orders and left nothing in the office. All jokes aside, Carl nailed the read and kept the show moving. As it always does, The Take a Minute segment closed the show on Cash Considerations. After playing baseball in college at Columbia, Ben joined the book as a trader and found his way to specializing in baseball betting. No longer tracking down fly balls like Gary Matthews Jr, Ben gives you a peek behind the curtain into what goes into taking bets and coming up with prop bets on a daily basis. Porter is a Boston guy who turned his love of the game into a gig and still loves watching day baseball. Taking the good with the bad, Ben does it without gloves and gives us all a tip you won’t forget.Porter  sticks around with the boys to talk sports, gambling and life. First stop is the NBA. The playoffs have begun, and there are not many surprises. The Nets and Sixers, the top seeds in the East, and Dallas, are all up 2-0. Dave fires from three and asks if they will sweep.  Ben, Carl & Neuby leave the brooms out of it even after they PLAY THE SONG. #AnybodyButTheNets is a thing, and Carl amends it to include the Lakers. Dave makes a case for his adopted team, the 76ers, to make the Finals. It’s a Yes/No for each, a couple hard fouls, and a realization that the Lakers are going to beat the Suns. The Stanley Cup playoffs are the best playoffs, and the “Pulling the Goalie” segment does not disappoint. Dave looked at each series, including how his Penguins lost to the Islanders and the sweeps in Canada and Colorado. Before he ran out of time talking about the Game 7 in Vegas, Carl had Neuby play a song, and even Porter was caught off guard talking about the Bruins win. The ice is good as the boys skate through this segment. The baseball talk, newly dubbed “Good morning , Good afternoon, Good night,” is all heat. Porter nails the first pitch right out of the park when Dave asks the boys about the Dodgers. Neuby asks for a pinch hitter, and Carl follows Porter in the order. Who will be favored over the Dodgers and when (they have been favored in 130 games straight)? Are the Giants for real? What about the Red Sox? You might be surprised by the Boston guys answers, but the numbers and the schedule say they may be right. There are no batting gloves, but it’s doubles and bombs, bruh, as Ben and the boys swing away.Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L went with a favorite sports memory question on the “Carl’s Corner” segment of the show. Somehow, Mike even finds a way to cash the under on the Brady mention prop in his interview.Blewitt sticks around with the boys to talk sports, gambling and life. First stop is the NBA. The play in tournament has started. Even Carl knows the Celtics have no chance against #AnybodyButTheNets but says Tatum could get a game or two. Neuby helped Dave to remember who the #1 seed in the East is with a song. Mike sat back and listened until they got to the Knicks. The boys started playing “Layin or Takin” with couple NBA series prices, but the one thing they all could all agree on was that it had to be #AnybodyButTheLakers in the West. The Stanley Cup playoffs are the best playoffs, and the “Pulling the Goalie” segment does not disappoint. Carl was focused and excited about the Bruins double OT win. Dave took a shift to discuss the Penguins-Islanders and the Wild-Vegas series, and the lacrosse guys Neuby and Blewitt took short shifts. Unlike the real games, there was no OT, no face washes, and no power plays. The ice is good as the boys skate through this segment.Nobody can hit anymore in baseball, but the boys work the count and hit a couple gap shots. Neuby starts off the Ohtani MVP talk and everyone gets a plate appearance. Theodds say he is going to win it, but what do the boys say? The Red Sox play the Phillies this weekend so there has to be a pick. Then, the unwritten rules come up, and things really pick up. Dave is pitching to contact, and Mike, Carl and Noobs bat around the order. The White Sox are the best team in baseball, the refs still stink, and water is still wet. Dave doesn’t have an office but made the lineup change before the benches emptied. Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L went with a food question on the “Carl’s Corner” segment of the show. Kev takes it to the hole with the Lakers, while Dave reminds everybody who the #1 seed in the East is with a song. Carl is still #AnybodyButTheNets but even he catches the Sixers excitement from Neuby. Should LeBron shave his head? Who is going to win the West? It’s not one, not two, not three, but the boys rain in from three on the NBA.The Stanley Cup playoffs begin this week, and the “Pulling the Goalie” segment turns into “Layin or Takin” with series picks. It didn’t take Kevin long to figure out the game while Carl and Dave avoided the Bruins-Pens matchup in round one. Noobs didn’t have the right city and could have been assessed a bench minor. Picks were made, shots were taken from the point, yet no penalties were called. Cue up “Enter Sandman” when the boys turn to baseball. Kevin knows the Yankees, Carl knows the Red Sox, so Dave delivered one up and in. What is the number head to head between Boston & New York? You will be surprised by who says what, but the boys snap off a curveball or two. Neuby is charting pitches in his notebook while Kevin is throwin’ heat (not that Heat). After high school, Gump went from working on boats in Canada to hangin with Pat McAfee & the boys on the show. They called him Dump when he called in, but he kept calling and showing up like his beloved Red Sox. Now living in Indy, Gump knows his footy, has the voice to match the beard game and bends it like Beckham by the end of the interview. Gumpy sticks around with the boys to talk sports, gambling and life. First stop is the NFL draft. All the picks are done. Gump is coming off the Draft Spectacular, and he says “Eat It” better than Weird Al in “Amish Paradise.” Gump is happy with his Dolphins draft, Carl is keeping his New England future, and Neuby is in rebuild mode in Philly. Dave throws out a couple NFL season win totals for the boys before running out the clock on NFL talk in May.Two weeks left in the NBA season means blowouts and dribble outs. Don’t look now, but you know who is in first place in the East when Neuby PLAYS THE SONG for the Sixers. Dave has an oddsmaker’s test  with the Lakers, and the boys nailed it like Steph from three. Take your shot with the number of LA wins before heading to the ice.The last week of the NHL season means we “Pull the Goalie” one more time before the chase for Lord Stanley. Tom Wilson sparks a good talk amongst the boys. Carl and Dave square off but hope the Bruins and Penguins (yes, that’s their real name) save it for round two. Gump can probably really sing O Canada, but he doesn’t know who is coming out of the North. It’s gonna be a war out of the Southeast, and VGK and COL will see each other. No face washes or trips to the penalty box, but the hockey debate is strong.Gump played some baseball back in the day (before the quad) and he certainly knows how to play it now in the book. It’s all about the first five, and like he tells Tone Digz on Hammer Dahn everyday, take the plus half a run. Neuby wants to avoid the bullpen in Philly and almost gets thrown out like Girardi when he got a little too heated. Red Sox Nation opposite ends of the spectrum for Gump and Carl, but they share that love and a couple memories of favorite Boston baseball moments. Dave went to the closer to shut the door before extra innings.Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L went all arch rival with the “Carl’s Corner” segment of the show. This week, the Consig made a call to the track and got a golf pro to putt around with the boys.  THIS IS THE SHOW.  Sean Alvarez (@Smoothturn2), PGA level golfer & horse racing handicapper, joins Dave, Carl and Neuby with another April edition of the Cash Considerations Show.Listen as Sean tells the boys how he went from San Diego high school baseball star to the winner’s circle at Del Mar. After college, Sean went from selling women’s shoes in La Jolla to hangin at the track with the Bafferts. In between, Alvarez picked up golf and became a PGA teaching pro. Now living in Las Vegas, Sean knows his way around a track, has all the shots in his bag, and drops a couple bombs on the boys by the end of the interview. Sean sticks around with the boys to talk sports, gambling and life. First stop is the NFL draft. The picks are in, and it’s instant reaction time. Carl is ecstatic with his new Brady in New England and is Jonesing to talk about the Mac. Neuby didn’t come out of his Eagles shoes with their pick, but he is feeling lucky. Alvarez may have left San Diego like his Chargers but he swings free and easy on his first round. Dave just hands the ball to Najee and tries to run out the clock on NFL talk in April.May is here, as is the Kentucky Derby, and the boys hand over the reins to the horse guy. Sean competes in the National Horseplayer’s Championship (NHC), and he breaks down the Run for the Roses like a pro. Quick out of the gate, right to the rail and a strong call down the stretch. Alvarez plays golf to a scratch handicap, and, barring any scratches, gives us all a trifecta that beats the chalk. Carl asks about the 14, Dave tells everybody to spend the 27, and Neuby is not a horse’s ass at the window. Listen, write it down and don’t get shut out before the greatest two minutes in sports. The clock is ticking, but the boys don’t give a shit as they swing around all the sports. Baseball leads off, and the boys go around the horn. Sean says the Braves are fine, but the NL East stinks. Neuby agrees, but says don’t throw at the Phils. Dave is happy with the Buccos at .500, and Carl pulls a hidden ball trick with the Red Sox hot start.Sean can’t skate & Neuby plays with his lacrosse stick while Carl and Dave “Pull the Goalie” this week. No empty netters, but the two old guys square off in a precursor to what’s coming in the Stanley Cup playoffs. The boys run it back with the NBA. No flagrant fouls but #AnybodyButTheNets. Play the song, dribble it out and hope for no OT.Too late & already over the total, the boys weigh in on what is the worst overtime in sports. The marshal issued a warning for slow play, and the group picked up the pace in a quick debate.Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L stepped to the tee box with the “Carl’s Corner” segment of the show. If you could play a round of golf with anyone, who would it be? Dave invited everybody to his family affair, Neuby went the celebrity route, Sean picked a heavy hitter group, and Carl made an 8 that any dad would be proud of. Coming up the 18th fairway after a marathon round, The Take a Minute segment on the Cash Considerations show was ball bustin’, center cut, pork chop. Noobs called out the baseball refs about unwritten rules, Carl wants his beer in glass and all caps, Sean reviews Neuby & baseball to get it right, and Dave gives the Consig kids some love with a walk off of their own. Sit back, listen in & laugh a little to this record setting, marathon edition “Trip around the track” episode of the Cash Considerations podcast. This week, the Consig made a call to the bullpen and got a closer to throw heat with the boys.  THIS IS THE SHOW.  Joe Raineri (@JoeRaineri), Director of Programming of WagerTalk TV, joins Dave, Carl and Neuby with another April edition of the Cash Considerations Show.Listen as Joe tells the boys how he went from New York high school baseball star to the Director of Programming for Wagertalk TV.  After a long run as a morning radio host, Joe went all in with technology & started producing gambling shows.  He is no ordinary Joe and not just another pretty face. It’s Joe makin’ it rain from Miami, and even if Dave can’t spell it at the start of the show, you will know Joe Raineri by the end of the interview. Joe sticks around with the boys to talk sports, gambling and life. First stop is the NFL draft. Dave talks about booking the draft from behind the counter while Neuby plays rock, paper, scissors. Carl says the Pats are playing chess with the 15th pick, and Joe gives you the harsh reality of being a Jets fan and watching them take another QB while Miami keeps making moves around Tua. QB talk & a Brady mention for the cash. The NBA is next. The Sixers are still leading the East, but are they for real? Joe gives you his thoughts, and it’s better than a Joel Embid slam dunk. Philly hasn’t won a game all week, and despite Carl’s tenacious defense, somehow, Neuby PLAYS THE SONG. Hascall delivers the buzzer beater though with some Celtics talk as they continue to win games. Dave gives CH a pocket pass, and Carl converts with a wager on the C’s week ahead. The passion is real for #AnybodyButTheNets. It’s late in the third period of hockey season, but there is always time to “Pull the Goalie.” Can we just get to the playoffs already? Are Carl’s Bruins ever going to lose again? The boys skate through this segment and pass the puck like a tic-tac-toe, picture perfect goal. No trips to the penalty box, and even pretty boy Joe takes a shift. The boys come over the boards, go top shelf, and get you ready for the stretch run to the Stanley Cup.Baseball season is about 20 games in, and Dave is on the mound bringing the cheese. Of course, there is Padres-Dodgers weekend series talk, but the boys are chirping in the dugout so you know what comes up. We go back to the dogs, and Yankee guy Joe lines up with Red Sox guy Carl on the ketchup line. Phillie Phanatic Neuby goes down swingin’ but not before there is a “Yankees suck” cheer with a little mustard.Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L stepped into the batter’s box with the “Carl’s Corner” segment of the show. Fresh off his vacation to Aruba, CH asked each of the boys to tell the story of their first wager. Everybody remembers their first and there isn’t always money involved. Carl started things off with a yes/no for extra credit. Neuby didn’t need a nipple when he made his first wager, but caught a glimpse of one when he won his. Of course, Raineri was picking winners at the track with his dad as a kid, and the rest is history. And Dave recounted his own big win with his dad, Big E, the OG Consig, on his Steelers for a grocery dollar. With the bets in, and the game in the bottom of the ninth, The Take a Minute segment on the Cash Considerations show was like family night at the ballpark. Carl got a shot to go see his sister 15 minutes away after a year apart, Noobs wondered why health food tastes like shit, Joe wants us all to talk less and listen more, and Dave & Little Consig Kendyl remind us all to check the wind before placing a wager. Sit back, listen in & laugh a little to this “First Bet” episode of the Cash Considerations podcast. THIS IS THE SHOW.  Fastballs, splitters and moon shots with a trip around the bases.  It’s Dave, Carl and Neuby with the mid April edition of the Cash Considerations Show.Listen as the boys started with the NBA look back on the battle for the Eastern Conference.  To play or not to play, that is the question, and the #AnybodyButTheNets gave their answer.  Dave asked if it was a chicken shit move, Carl was looking fastball and crushed it while DJ Neuby provided the music.  It’s not quite the Muppet Show, but it ain’t that far away when they PLAY THE SONG!Hockey is in the late innings of the season, but there is always time to “Pull the Goalie.”  What is going to happen in the North Division? Are Carl’s Bruins back in the East? The boys give you their thoughts, there are a couple skirmishes after the whistle, and Neuby gives Dave the old face wash with the mention of the Flyers beating the Pens.  No penalties are called, our Canadian friends are happy, and the boys line up for another face off.Baseball season is not even two weeks old, and there are stories between the white lines.  You may want to get a hot dog and a beer (hold the ketchup and the monkey jizz) as the boys swing for the fences.   Dave is on the mound dealin‘, Neuby and his Phillies are reelin’ while Carl and his Red Sox are feelin’ it after winning nine straight.  No hitters, first five inning bets and umps makin’ bad calls close out the baseball talk without a song. The show went back to the golf course for a quick summary of the Masters. Hideki got the green jacket, and Neuby broke the mush by getting the green with his future ticket.  Carl cashed a few top tens, and Dave dropped a few long putts with his playing partner Brad Howe (@bradhowe07) on some golf plays.  Even Kermit the Frog knows it’s not easy bein’ green, but the boys enjoy a few on the 19th hole before heading on a trip down Memory Lane.Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L took us all on a trip.  No, not to Aruba with him (our first ever “on location” show!).  Instead, it’s a talk about vacations with sports involved.  Carl had his own “Miracle on Ice,” Neuby went across the pond with the Birds, and Dave had a few hot dogs with spicy mustard in the Cactus League.  Go through the security check, remove your shoes & laptop from the carry on bag, and buckle your seat belt for a getaway with the crew. The pilot rang the bell for the final approach, and The Take a Minute segment on the Cash Considerations show provided a smooth landing.  Neuby was in the car looking at a raw steak, Carl made a public service announcement for all the jagoff air travelers, and Dave lost a shit bet with his girls that nobody saw coming.Sit back, listen in & laugh a little to this “Round Trip” episode of the Cash Considerations podcast. Last week, the boys threw their best pitch with season win plays & division predictions. This week, it’s “Pump it or Dump it.”  The boys give you their thoughts whether to stay with their position (Pump It) or drop it like a sneaky bunt (Dump It). After six games, agree or disagree, it’s overreaction time in MLB.The baseball talk went to the dogs quickly, and the boys made no bones about it. No puppy talk, but the hot dog dissertation is revisited with a twist.  Dave lit the flame, Carl continued his assault on ketchup, but Neuby surprised us all and became the real hot dog guy when he spilled the beans. The show went to the golf course next for the Masters. After the first round, will Justin Rose win it? If he doesn’t, who will? Carl, Dave and even Pap Pap let the big dog eat off the tee with a couple outright picks to get the green jacket. The trio “Played The Song (NBA)“ and Dave had Neuby & Carl make a number for the Nets/Sixers matchup next week. In this week’s “Pulling the Goalie (NHL)” segment, Carl went glove side with a couple thoughts, and Dave dropped the puck on the Oilers 9-0 season sweep of the Senators and had questions about the numbers.Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L took us all back to our favorite sports toys, games and memories from the past, and BOOM-SHAK-A-LAKA, he’s ON FIRE! Don’t miss the debut of Little Consig Kendyl, her “cracked” Fortnite take, and a bet she made that was the shit.Coffee is for closers, and The Take a Minute segment on the Cash Considerations show is anything but a movie.
