Some fun stories and thoughts after a weekend get a way all while the World's Strongest Man was going on over the weekend.

U90 ranking are in and I give you a some behind the scenes on who and why.....also a few of the summers hottest shows and a big disappointment on what we all know should be promoted so much better!

A tough review for me on USS Nationals as I do like all parties involved however...in order for things to get better we have to speak up! Also finally...64 rankings are done! Yup...a quick take on those along with some Great Lakes love and some normal ramblings!

Caught up with Sara Schiff to discuss er invite to the Kaos Classic in England this summer to attempt to break the all time WR Strongwomen deadlift along side current American record holder Victoria Long.

Continuing to lay out the thought process behind the new strongman rankings as we continue to move forward in creating a new system to recognize the best athletes in the sport!

Let the RANKINGS BEGIN!! This episode I expounded on the new strongman rankings system....some fun motivation on getting you all to get hooked on Highland Games. The Memorial Day start to summer for most of us...some records that are going down and some general random stuff..as usual!

Dreaming strongman....Veganism is now a religion apparently?? Strongman ranking I think it would be good for the sport. Along with some show mentions...highland games chat and other random things!

Do we need them? Fresh off my dismissal of the pro card is there another solution that could work for status? I argue it could benefit the sport in a big way!

The first part in what I hope to be an going series dedicated to discussing PED usage amongst female athletes. My first guest strong women Hannah Brock shared her story which included her decision to take PEDS and some antidotal advice to others considering it.

With the strongman community so fractured with new promotions and organizations was there ever a long term plan for the "Pro" status? Seems that ship has sailed and I give you my take!
