Podcast #10 features Ken Lane from www.thekenlane.com and YouTube channel "Barefoot Ken." Ken is an intentional living writer and rope jumper. He has some outstanding content on his website, thekenlane.com. I've been listening to his short episodes and I highly recommend them.
Podcast #9 features Hollyn (@hollyn.jumps on IG). Hollyn is a super smart and dedicated college student who still finds time to put her health and fitness first. I can tell you that I had no discipline in college to even get to class on time, much less exercise, so I commend her for that. I've been talking back and forth with Holly on IG for over six months and have always been impressed by her maturity, intelligence, and discipline. During the episode, Hollyn talks about how she found jump rope, how she trains for running, different foods she likes to eat, types of jump ropes she likes to use, and how she stays disciplined. Enjoy.
On March 25th, 2021, the founder of Rush Athletics, an internationally-known jump rope fitness company with over 100,000 YouTube subscribers and 100,000 Instagram followers, released a YouTube video podcast attacking not only my integrity, but the integrity of both the founder of Crossrope and the founder of Punk Rope. He also took the liberty of mentioning, by name, three individual viewers during his video podcast who made comments that he disagreed with. I chose to respond to the founder of Rush Athletics with a YouTube video and audio-only podcast after realizing that I had to publicly defend my integrity, but also because there were larger, social issues at hand that transcend jump rope that were latent throughout his video and that I could take the opportunity to bring to light. Those larger issues that I address in the YouTube video and this podcast episode are misusing the word "hate," being cognizant of how we communicate online because we don't know each other's histories, being a good steward of our social media subscribers and followers, and many other subjects. These are all subjects we must be aware of as we continue moving into a world where social media becomes increasingly more prevalent. Lastly, I have no ill will toward Rush Athletics, his followers, or anyone in his camp. At the end of the podcast, I extend an invitation for him to be a guest on my podcast and to visit me at my home if he's ever in the area. The issues I talk about in this podcast eclipse personal quarrels and are things we must be cognizant of as the world continues to become more digital. If we become more aware, the probability is higher that we do right by each other, which in turn makes the world a better place. Jump Rope to Freedom!

Kyle Easter from Jump 15 is the first guest. Kyle is an expert rope jumper and knowledgeable about all things fitness. I've been following Kyle since I began jumping and have learned a lot from him. This was a great opportunity to learn and understand his approach to jump rope, health, and wellness. There's a ton of good knowledge in here, so be sure to listen all the way through and subscribe to Kyle's channel here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCoN9wqjR-wr8-UjNskvVDKQ. There's definitely a learning curve to doing a podcast, and these are things I'll continue to improve.
The guest on this episode is Tim Haft, founder of Punk Rope. Tim is a great guy and a true servant of his community. He and his team at Punk Rope do a lot to help people through fitness and jump rope classes. It was an honor to sit down and talk with Tim, and I'm thankful that he took the time to share his wisdom.
Episode #3 features Deana, AKA jumpropegal_, an excellent rope jumper and someone who has a unique, honest, and refreshing approach to jump rope. "Don't act your age, act your shoe size." Diane AKA @jumpropejunkie (Instagram) is the guest for this episode. Diane is nearly 60 years old and moves like she's much younger. She picked up the jump rope at 56, proving that you're never too old to start something new. I hope you enjoy Diane's story and inspirational advice as much as I did. Much respect to Diane for taking the time to come on the podcast! Thank you, Diane!

The guest for this episode is Dave Hunt, founder and CEO of Crossrope. Dave shares his personal jump rope story, how and why he started Crossrope, building muscle with jump rope, and many other helpful stories and tips on this podcast. Much respect to Dave for taking the time to talk.
Nate K-G - one of the best and most well-known jump rope coaches out there. It was a pleasure to sit down and talk with him. Nate approaches jump rope in a systematic, analytic way, which I can appreciate as a fellow left-brained person. Even with a systems approach to jump rope, Nate still knows how to have fun with jump rope and inspires others to have fun as well. Thank you to Nate for taking the time to sit down and talk.
