I absolutely loved my chat with future Springbok Evan Roos. I hope you guys enjoy!

To say that DHL Western Province and DHL Stormers lock forward, Chris Van Zyl is a legend and serious role model to all would be an understatement. In this episode we chat all things from the winning the 2017 Currie cup final as a captain, to mental health, leadership, time management and professionalism. Thank you Chris for everything you shared and I am positive this is going to help a lot of people ⚡️
As far as down to earth athletes go, don't look much further than DHL Western Province and DHL Stormers scrum half Paul De Wet. This is a fairly different episode but was hellavu fun to record. As some some you may have seen, I gave Afrikaans a crack in the intro for the first time since matric (I rehearsed. A lot) but still fairly happy with the final result
First of all, thank you Dylan Sage for coming on! Sometimes us as the public see sportsmen and sportswomen for there performances on the field and not for what they are off it. I think it's important that athletes get this opportunity to express themselves as people before sportsmen or sportswomen. Dylan has had a successful career thus far and shares some awesome insight into the Blitzboks and The Bulls as well as opening up about how he is coping with being side lined for 6+ months.
