You'll walk away with practical tools to feel more grounded, worthy, and whole, without losing the part of you that loves to grow.

"You don't have to get ready if you stay ready — and this checklist is one small way to protect your mindset when the unknown hits." -Kristen Olson In Part 3 of the Rabdo Podcast Series, KO breaks down something athletes never think about until it's too late: what to pack when an unexpected visit to the ER turns into days in the hospital. What if the biggest relationship problems you're struggling with… aren't actually your fault? Today, we sit down with Oxford-educated Behavioral Scientist and High-Performance Relationship Coach, Katarina Polonska, to deep-dive into Attachment Theory and Relationship Styles.-----------------------------------------------What if the biggest relationship problems you're struggling with… aren't actually your fault? This episode's guest, Katarina Polonska, is an Oxford-educated behavioral scientist and high-performance relationship coach whose life story is as powerful as the science she teaches. She went from calling off her wedding, battling an eating disorder, and rebuilding her identity from scratch……to becoming one of the sharpest thinkers in the world on attachment theory, partner selection, and why high achievers struggle in love.In this episode, Katarina breaks down the real science behind attraction, emotional patterns, and why we keep choosing partners who hurt us. She reveals:⭐ Why intelligent, successful people often repeat the same relationship mistakes⭐ How early attachment styles shape every romantic decision⭐ The behavioral “scripts” that sabotage dating and long-term love⭐ How to stop overfunctioning, people-pleasing, and self-sacrificing in relationships⭐ The biggest shift in modern male/female dynamics—and why it's rewriting the rules⭐ Why calling off her own engagement became her greatest act of emotional courage⭐ The 3 micro-steps anyone can take to repair (or attract) a healthy relationship⭐ The truth about dating apps and why so many feel emotionally exhaustedWhether you're single, dating, or decades into a relationship, Katarina's insights are refreshingly blunt, deeply compassionate, and rooted in science—not clichés.If you've ever asked yourself:“Why do I keep choosing the wrong people?”“How do I break this cycle?”“How do I finally feel secure in love?”…this episode will change how you think about relationships forever.
Welcome to the The Achievers Podcast. I'm your host, Amber Deibert, Performance Coach. I help enterprise sellers unlock their full potential by aligning their work with how they workout and cleaning up mindset trash, so they can sell more, stress less, and take back control of their time and success. You don't need a 5am routine. You need a rhythm that actually fits you. If you're someone who craves structure but instantly rebels the moment you try to create it, you're not broken. You're not undisciplined. You're not "bad at routines." You're a human with a nervous system and a brain that likes freedom, and there's nothing wrong with that. You don't need perfect consistency to thrive. You just need rhythm. You just need tools that meet you where you are, not where some imaginary version of you "should" be. In this episode, I'm sharing four strategies that help you build focus, accountability, and flow without overpowering your natural way of being. These are the tools I use myself on the days when structure feels impossible and my inner rebel wants to throw the whole plan away.

For as long as he can remember, running has been a fundamental component of Kevin Smith's life. Even during recurring bouts of injury, Smith held onto the identity and community that the sport provided, trusting that someday, he'd have the chance to find out just how much he was capable of. Through the years of setbacks and time relegated to the status of what he calls a “non-practising runner,” Smith turned his attention to helping other runners reach their goals, holding fast to the belief that one day he'd string together enough healthy years to realize his own racing goals, as well. While the goals changed over time, the relentless pursuit of achieving his best–whatever that might be–remained the same, finally resulting in the breakthrough he had waited decades to experience. Following a Canadian 55+ record in the half-marathon at last year's TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon, Smith set out in pursuit of an audacious goal: notching a dozen records in the same number of months. A year on, he can now count himself a six-time Canadian record breaker at distances from five miles up to 30 km.Despite falling short of his 12-record target, the quest brought a renewed passion for the sport and brought home the importance of chasing big goals, no matter your age or ability. Today, Smith joins the show to talk about his breakthrough year, continuing to find joy in the sport as he got older, and how settingh bold goals is its own reward.Subscribe to The Shakeout Podcast feed on Apple, Spotify, YouTube or wherever you find your podcasts.Shop now at Altitude Sports and enjoy up to 20% off your first order with the promo code “shakeout” Click here to order

I'm your host, Amber Deibert, Performance Coach. I help enterprise sellers unlock their full potential by aligning their work with how they workout, and cleaning up mindset trash, so they can sell more, stress less, and take back control of their time and success. Looking for a new job can be brutal. Even just thinking about interviews can make your stomach flip. But what if interviewing didn't have to feel like a performance? What if it were just two humans trying to see if they'd actually enjoy working together? In this episode, I share the exact mindset I've taught my clients who've landed dream jobs at Fortune 50 companies, jobs that not only paid better but felt better. You'll walk away knowing exactly how to interview with confidence, authenticity, and self-awareness (without pretending to be someone you're not).
Dive into the science of training intensity with Stacy Sims, who's here to explain why the RPE scale (Rate of Perceived Exertion) is your most reliable metric, and how concepts like "moderate exercise" can be misleading. You'll learn how to effectively use stress to build fitness and the importance of a foundational base before pursuing maximum-effort workouts KEY TAKEAWAYS: RPE is Key: The Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) scale is an essential tool for measuring how hard your body is working. A "10 out of 10" effort is when you are physically stopped and "literally can't do anything more" (the "vomit scale"). The Vague "Moderate": "Moderate intensity" is a general guideline for the public, often representing a "gray zone" that may not optimise results for people with a training history. Foundation First: Building a base of fitness is crucial, especially as you age, before engaging in high-intensity work, as pushing too hard too soon can reveal underlying health issues. The Power of Stress: Movement is medicine, and the body requires stress (like high-intensity bursts) to adapt and survive well, pushing it out of its comfortable, algorithmically flat existence. TIMESTAMPS AND KEY TOPICS: Defining the RPE Scale (0-10) for Workouts 4:32 - 6:01 Pacing and Intensity for 4-Minute Intervals 6:01 - 6:53 Clarifying "Moderate Intensity" Exercise 7:06 - 8:05 High-Intensity Training and Health Screening 10:49 - 12:47 VALUABLE RESOURCES Join The High Performance Health Community Click here for discounts on all the products I personally use and recommend A BIG thank you to our sponsors who make the show possible: Podcast Exclusive Discount on Carol Bike with code ANGELA ABOUT THE HOST Angela Foster is an award winning Nutritionist, Health & Performance Coach, Speaker and Host of the High Performance Health podcast. You start filling the silence. It feels horrible. Here's the secret: everyone feels it. Even the top 1% of sellers, the ones winning awards and taking home million-dollar commissions, feel that same nervous energy. The difference? They know how to move through it. In this episode, I'll teach you how to quiet the spiral, drop out of your head, and show up from your best energy, calm, connected, and confident. Because confidence isn't about “knowing everything.” It's about caring more than you fear.
