While working you tend to run into different kinds of mindsets.   It seems like since the beginning of time, we have been hearing stories about women taking care of their kids meanwhile the father's is running around in the street being very unproductive. Yet those days are long gone and times have completely changed but the sentiment hasn't. Men are still being looked at like the lesser of the two when it comes to interacting and raising children.  Now days the fathers are more amp to put their wants needs and even goals on the back burner for the benefit of their children and in a decent amount of these rare cases the women are the ones that are not doing their part or being there for the kids when it really matters.
