With inflation, rents, real estate prices at all-time highs, and with interest rates, stocks, and bonds moving all over the place, there is a lot of tension in the investment environment.  However, now is a better time than ever to position yourself to take advantage of the building economic situation. Today, I'm bringing you the most popular panel from IIREC 2022 with Bob Fraser, Mark Moss, and Jeremy Roll, so that we can reevaluate whose predictions are coming true and what we should be doing with our portfolios! Bob Fraser is an engineer by trade and in 1995 founded NetSales, Inc., a back-office e-commerce provider for which he raised $44 million in investment capital. In 2012, Bob co-founded Aspen Funds, a fund management company focused on mortgage investments and he is an expert with regard to commercial real estate economics. Mark Moss is an influential thought leader in the world of finance and investing and has over 340 thousand subscribers on his YouTube channel. He is a start-up and growth expert, having grown 6 companies to over 7 figures each, all within their first year. He has a drive for better than market returns but balances that with a solid philosophy of “Capital Preservation” that helps minimize losses. Jeremy Roll is one of my first mentors in real estate investing and has been passively investing since 2002. He is an expert on vetting operators and analyzing emerging macroeconomic trends. He is an amazing role model for anyone looking to live off the cash flow of their passive investments! In this episode, these gentlemen discuss… Where we are in the market cycle and what to expect in the coming months. What the difference is between asset-price inflation and CPI, and why inflation may last. Why do some people expect stagflation this year and how this would affect us. How political pressures influence the investing environment. If you want to hear what some extremely successful investors are thinking about the current market situation, you should definitely check out this very exciting debate! Update: Die späte Corona-Realität für Nordkorea

Was jetzt?

Hey, Brave Table fam! We have an exciting episode for you this week with my Filipino soul brother, Erwin Valencia. Erwin is a wellness and high-performance expert (currently working as the Wellness Lead for the New York Knicks!), a coach and mentor, and the founder of Gratitude Gang—an NFT collective—as well as the Grasshopper Project—a non-profit mentorship program dedicated to inspiring future masters in the world of movement.   Yes, he definitely wears many different hats! But the common throughline with Erwin in all these endeavors (and the thing I admire him for the most) is his superpower when it comes to creating and nurturing communities and building long-lasting, meaningful friendships & relationships.    In this episode, he tells us how he does it and why it's vital to your overall happiness and success.    What you'll get out of this episode…    - Why relationship-building should always prioritize quality over quantity - Advice for people who struggle with cultivating friendships and relationships - How to be intentional about meeting new people and the friendships you build - Ways to authentically and fully show up for your people - Starting friendships from the heart and pure intention to keep them thriving - Looking at your family traditions and values as a guidepost for how you connect with others - How nurturing and valuing your friendships and relationships sets you up for success in life - Stories about Erwin's global adventures and the people he's encountered along the way (and how he keeps in touch with them—sometimes even decades later)   Erwin's love of all things exploration and celebration are deeply rooted in his childhood, growing up in a compound in the Philippines, where community meant everything. He would go to his grandmother's house every day for breakfast—fostering the importance of connection from a young age—and read her encyclopedias, inspiring him to one day leave the Philippines and explore the world. It was also in these formative years Erwin discovered his love for dance. Us Filipinos are always throwing a party (and know how to do them right!), putting on shows during gatherings, and entertaining a crowd.    The common thread Erwin found among his passions was people. He loved meeting new people, supporting them, and making them feel loved. From a curious and loving Filipino boy to the global icon he is today, Erwin attributes the success and joy he's experienced on his journey to one simple thing: being surrounded by the right people and taking care of them—no matter how busy life gets.    The past few years have been a challenging time for many in relationships. Lockdowns and border closures had us cut off from people we love, and we have let many relationships go by the wayside. So I want you to ask yourself: when it comes to the friendships and people you value, are you properly taking care of those relationships?   If not you're not sure, Erwin has some advice to share as a master of community and a super nurturer, and the good news is—it doesn't have to be fancy or complicated or a big deal! We are all craving connection right now, and we can find it if we start to take the time to look for it. Tune in to hear his powerful stories of the people he's met along the journey, how he makes sure he shows up for his people, and why long-lasting, healthy relationships are something we all need to prioritize.    If you liked this episode, make sure you also check out…  - Erwin's Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/erwinbvalencia/  - This article that shares more about Erwin's story https://www.esquiremag.ph/long-reads/features/filipino-in-the-nba-erwin-valencia-a2588-20220421-lfrm3   - More on cultivating and nurturing friendships https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/cultivating-deep-friendships-connection-as-a/id1608226580?i=1000558134246  - Creating healthy boundaries in your relationships and how to properly close them, and not ghost https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/ghosting-setting-boundaries-what-does-it-really-say/id1608226580?i=1000558858100   Before you go, I want to make sure you know about my new Burnout Kit.

Odysee Video Version: Episode Article: https://factionsoffreedom.jimdofree.com/2022/05/06/sn1212-civil-enemies-germ-warfare-climate-lockdowns/ Make no mistake about it, these things are happening: Satanism is being taught in schools, militant activists are in the street fighting for abortions, food shortages are becoming more common, all the while with war looming in the background. This only begins to scratch the surface of our increasingly destabilized world. The New World Order is upon us, and as such, it is feverishly trying to erode the checks and balances of our once seemingly-safe society. The vaccines are being revived as the solution to get us out of the pandemic, but now they're taking it a step further: They're requesting supranational authority to govern nations, a global pandemic treaty, with Bill Gates at the ready, waiting to seize control. The ruling class seems to believe that the population served so well during the pandemic, that now they want the same for climate change. Indeed, the next step in this scientific takeover of society is climate lockdowns. Now, the same amount of tyranny we've experienced over a virus, will be exported to our daily lives. Our movements will be tracked, traced and calculated. The roll out of the social credit score will be the nail in the coffin of our freedoms. We are witnessing their beast system. During his twenty-five years in civil service, Bao consistently demonstrated extreme honesty and uprightness, with actions such as sentencing his own uncle, impeaching an uncle of the emperor's favourite concubine and punishing powerful families. His appointment from 1057 to 1058 as the prefect of Sung's capital Kaifeng, where he initiated a number of changes better to hear the grievances of the people, made him a legendary figure. During his years in office, he gained the honorific title Justice Pao (包青天) due to his ability to help peasants overcome corruption. 包拯画像    #PRC: The lockdowns and the elderly.
