I believe one of the biggest ways that you can show up for yourself, not get lost in motherhood, and truly live a life that aligns with what you want, is being able to take care of yourself. Today we're chat about ending the toxic relationship between self care and guilt. I'm giving you three steps to move past the discomfort of guilt and take care of yourself, forreal this time.
I know self-care is HARD and often feels impossible, especially now. I get it, mama. I also know the way we care for ourselves helps us create an identity that we enjoy. It helps us connect to and nurture who we are and who we want to become. You are worthy of caring for yourself, Mama. So, I invite you to viewing self-care in a way that helped me. And that is realizing self-care is on a spectrum. This class is no longer available.
We have no idea how this year will look and yet I remain hopeful because there is something so special about a fresh start. And for a lot of us that fresh start is symbolized at the start of a new year. In this episode, I'm talking about why we should leave Self-sacrificing in the name of motherhood, guilt and shame, and lastly comparison in 2020. We also discuss creating intentions for 2021 that will help guide your plans and decisions. A huge part of embracing who you are is honoring your voice. Now, I know honoring your voice can get a little tricky because moms are crowded by so many voices.
