It's a Podcast specifically for people over 40, who are adjusting to social media toxicity, but understand the internet is here to stay. Now young people can also learn from the podcast because being a digital native, does not mean you can not learn from past traditions of manners, assessing context before reacting on social media and apologizing if you are mistaken. I have two rotating co-hosts such as my friend Erika, who has lived through several careers and life experiences.
