Today on the podcast I had the honour of chatting with the absolutely incredible and inspiring Tami Roos. YAY we're back! And this week, with a very special guest - the beautiful, bubbly and super intelligent Sarah Davidson, who you may also know as Spoonful of Sarah. Sarah is a self-proclaimed lawyer turned 'funtrepreneur', who left the corporate world to co-found the incredible Matcha Maiden. Her journey with Matcha Maiden came about after she was banned from coffee after becoming very unwell. From something that started out as a little side hustle, Matcha Maiden has become one of the biggest names in the industry, being stocked worldwide in stores such as Urban Outfitters - and the best part is that the product boasts sooo many amazing health benefits. If one business wasn’t enough, she’s also a co-founder of Melbourne's plant-based cafe Matcha Mylk Bar, has her own blog, Spoonful of Sarah and also her own podcast, Seize the Yay (which is amazing by the way - highly recommend!). I had so much fun in today’s podcast speaking to the energetic, beautiful and positive Tara Hanaphy. She’s the co-founder and director of LeQure Detox, which was inspired by her own personal health problems, after moving to the USA and working in the modelling industry, when her health took a turn for the worst. Today I’m speaking with someone who’s passion and energy for life is soo contagious, the wonderful Dara Hayes, better known as DJ Tigerlily. Dara is a DJ, a producer, a wellness enthusiast and a brand ambassador, and has performed all across the globe to tens of thousands of fans. Alongside of Dara’s DJ life, she is passionate vegan and animal activist. She even shares her views about eating a plant-based diet on her page “our soul purpose” and has campaigned with major animal welfare organisations like Peta. I can’t believe it’s 2020! What the heck! Today’s episode is a short one with just me, myself and I. I talk through a few really probing questions to help you reflect on the year that’s just been - giving you the insight and knowledge to create an incredible year ahead.
