"Tenho a sorte de agora o time estar jogando bem! Go, Canucks, go!”, brinca o designer.

One of the most common blocks I see holding women back from taking care of their health is guilt. Even though we know logically that we need to put our own oxygen mask on first, and that taking care of ourselves is what allows us to take care of others, I see so many women struggling with feeling guilty when it comes to really taking the time, energy, money, and effort to take care of themselves. Listen in to this episode to hear me share:My own personal experience with feeling guilty about taking care of my healthThree underlying ways that guilt is holding you back from taking care of your healthWhy it's not your job to make other people feel comfortable when it comes to the way you eatHow to move past the guilt so you can start taking care of yourself in the way you deserveAnd so much moreI'd love to connect with you!Sign up for my newsletterFollow me on Instagram or and head to my website to get 60+ free hormone healthy recipes, download my free Ebook, How to Boost Your Egg Quality, learn about my coaching programs and stay up to date on all my latest workshops and courses!Thank you so much for listening to the About Health and Hormones Podcast! I once had a client ask me when was her “glow up moment” going to happen. I had never heard of this concept before. “What's a glow up moment,” I asked. “You know, when you finally achieve your goal or mission. When all the good stuff you imagine starts to happen,” she responded. Now I got it. Anyone who has ever worked towards a vision knows the feeling of wanting that moment to happen…wanting to just get there already. In today's episode we're going to talk about this frustration, how we can move through it, and how we can tell if this “thing” is actually going to happen for us or not. We'll cover:What's going to make the journey easier and smootherHow to release the anxiety of wondering if it's actually ever going to happen or notHow to be a better attractorAnd much moreI can't wait to hear what you have to say about this conversation. Motivation is awesome. It can inspire us, fill us with hope, and push us to take action. But it's fleeting. Motivation comes and goes in waves, so how can we take care of our health when we lack any motivation? In this episode I'll give you all the tips to stay consistent or jumpstart your healthy journey when motivation is MIA. Listen in to hear Lauren share:The 2 sources of motivationPractical steps you can take to reignite your motivationHow to get clear on the WHY behind taking care of your healthHow to use motivation to set up habits and systems that will keep you consistentIntrinsic vs. extrinsic motivationHow to create small wins to keep you motivatedHow to commit to positive thoughts when it gets difficult+ so much moreI'd love to connect with you!Sign up for my newsletterFollow me on Instagram or and head to my website to get 60+ free hormone healthy recipes, download my free Ebook, How to Boost Your Egg Quality, learn about my coaching programs and stay up to date on all my latest workshops and courses!Thank you so much for listening to the About Health and Hormones Podcast! When doing nothing costs you moreI don't mind making mistakes, because it means you tried something. What bothers me is when people let others decide for them, or when you choose to let opportunities pass you by without actually making the decision to pass on them. It's OK to say No to opportunities, even good ones, when the timing isn't right. But it's not OK (or at least shouldn't be) to not speak up and say that an opportunity isn't right, or that you're actively going to pass.Listen to this new, 9-minute episode for perspective on when you might be letting others control your success. If you have any questions about anything in this, or any of my podcasts, or have a suggestion for a topic or guest, please reach out directly to me at Alan@WeddingBusinessSolutions.com or visit my website Podcast.AlanBerg.comPlease be sure to subscribe to this podcast and leave a review (thanks, it really does make a difference). How can we make sustainable fashion more culturally and politically relevant? Fashion's environmental and social impact often gets overlooked by the climate movement and by governments, though this is slowly starting to change.Similarly, the conversations around sustainable fashion don't often feel aligned with mainstream media and culture. But there is a massive opportunity to harness the power of mass media and celebrities or artistic talent, to drive change in the industry. In this episode, Stella interviews Samata Pattinson, CEO of RCGD Global — formerly Red Carpet Green Dress — to explore how we can drive the sustainable fashion conversation forward and expand it to wider audiences.Samata also shares how she brought in fashion to decision-making spaces at COP27, what role celebrities play in the sustainable fashion movement, and moreI found this conversation super inspiring, and it was a reminder that each of us, every single one of us — belongs in this movement, and has a unique place here.P.S.
