Its about a little boy who was found in the woods wrapped in a plaid blanket in a bassinet box in February of 1957. He is believed to have killed a total of 67 male victims between the ages of 13 and 35. However, he was only charged and convicted of 16 of these homicides. Many of his victims were members of the US Marine Corps and most of their bodies were found to have high levels of both alcohol and tranquilizers.
