In today's episode, I want to share with you 3 things I've learned so far in my journey of entrepreneurship and that if you want to continue to be broke and struggle, then keep doing these things. If not, then you know what NOT to do
You don't know what you don't know right?! If you want something different, you have to do something different. Everyday, you are presented with an opportunity, are you taking advantage of it? Or are you caught in the day to day that you miss it constantly?
"You have to eat EVERY 2 HOURS to lose fat"
"But if you multitask, you will get much more done much faster!"
What's the difference between the RESULTS of 10 years of training and nutrition vs 3 years of training and nutrition? What about a 7-year relationship vs a 1-year relationship?
How many times have you heard someone tell you that eating CHICKEN, BROCCOLI, and BROWN RICE will get you SHREDDED?! Or eating nothing but salads will get you that curvy body you've always wanted. Or that eating COOKIES, PIZZA, and BURGERS are "bad foods" you should stay away from at ALL TIMES! In this episode, I will go over if these are true statements or not and why, so stick around and find out!
