Sunny Side Down sit with Marisol (from Mexico) and Lynne (from Scotland) and discuss their experiences growing up with Mexican and Scottish accents.Antonio and Gio fail miserably trying to attempt these accents.And how do our guests feel when others imitate their accents.

We speak with San Diego based improv instructor Vanessa Anton on how improvisation survived through COVID19.  We do a little catch up when we shared the stage with her for a couple of years and remind each other of things that happened that we completely forgot about.

Antonio is reinventing himself and wants to take better care of himself. Now that he's working out, losing a lot of weight and eating better, now he wants to ... smell better... We've talked about deodorants, facial moisturizers, skin care. But now we want him to get some good body sprays and colognes. None of that Axe body spray crap.... So we recorded our short adventure to Bath & Body Works for lotions and body sprays as well as a little detour at the colognes in Macy's.

Would you sleep with someone based on their looks only? Most men will say yes. Most women will say no. Not everyone is going to think the same thing. And what is a deal breaker for not sleeping with someone? Antonio and Giovanni invite their friends Yvette and Teresa to share their experiences and opinions.

Antonio doesn't really try new dishes unless someone pays for it. Giovanni provides 3 dishes for him to eat and Antonio provides his opinion... And he gets to try a desert called Halo-Halo that he definitely loves.

The podcast started out being hijacked by our regular guests, Isabel and Marisol. They share their thoughts on the Men's Grooming episode, had questions about Antonio calling his crotch area his 2nd face, discuss what cologne and perfume smell great, and teach us what BDE is. Oh.. and Antonio shaved his armpits just for this episode. Someone's going to feel funny wearing shirts.

Giovanni and Antonio are curious what others do to keep themselves entertained while working an 8 hour work day. Giovanni invites two of his friends from work to discuss pranks, lunch breaks, competitions and other weird things that go on at their company. Also, Antonio shares his friendly competition with a coworker that involves the word "Penis".

The comedy group reunites for a conversation about the process of getting ready before a night out on the town. Tim and Kevin join us for this ridiculous conversation. Antonio shaves both faces before going out. What is his 2nd face? He'll explain.

After having dinner, we have a very mellow chat about our feelings on the the Skywalker Saga... now that Episode 9 is out on Disney+. One of us has never seen a Star Wars movie.... oh my!! Original Trilogy, Prequel Trilogy, Sequel Trilogy and the stand alone movies. What's the correct order to watch the saga and what characters do we identify with.

As huge fans of the San Die...... uhh.. Los Angeles Chargers, We get into a serious discussion about everything new that's happening with the team this year. New quarterback, new uniforms, new stadium...... we just wish we could talk about a new owner.

Lauren usually goes to Comic Con events with us.... this year we lament on the postponement of summer movies and Comic Con. So we take this opportunity to geek out a bit and share our Comic Con experiences and our favorite superhero movies.

To avoid putting several people together in one room, we decided to give this Zoom thingy a try. What do we have to catch up on? Playing Animal Crossing, sharing what books we read, what job we wished we had. Conversations to have when you're staring at each other through a webcam.

Giovanni and Antonio invite some of their friends from the Hinges Improv comedy group. They talk about certain memories during their time together. B-Vitamins don't cause stomach aches, trust falls are good to sneak in a kiss, and knowing the difference between Mission Bay and Mission Beach are some of the things we learn over the years.

Giovanni and Antonio invite a group of people to watch an 80's cover band perform at one of our favorite bars in San Diego. A bottle of Screwball whiskey and grape Rockstar is passed around . . . and Antonio and Marisol think the song, Zombie by the Cranberries is an 80's song. We talked to a few people before the performance . . .and then again after. Alcohol really makes podcasts fun.

The experienced pubcrawler and the newbie. Giovanni drags Antonio out for his first pubcrawl. So we all know you have to have at least one drink for every bar that you visit. How many bars did they visit and was Antonio able to hang?

Isabel and Marisol come back to visit and talk about falling in love with San Diego and the beers it has to offer. As transplants from Orlando and Omaha, they share how much they love the beer here. We also force Antonio, a non-beer drinker, to drink an IPA and share his thoughts.

We were getting ready to go out on New Years Eve.... and decided to jump on the mics to talk about our New Years Resolutions!! Are we going to make one for 2020? Do Resolutions do anything for us? Is this a topic to discuss after 3 cans of Pineapple White Claw?

DJ Bugz couldn't pass up the opportunity. When he heard we wanted to do a taste test between 3 different hard seltzers/sparkling water (whatever it's called), he came running over to assist. He has a key, so he just barged in.We provide our opinions on the hard seltzers, talk about the creative drinks our favorite bartenders made for us, and question why Antonio keeps ordering midori sours every damn time we go out.

Our fun guests Isabel and Marisol share their opinions and experiences of online dating apps. We hand over our cell phones to have our profiles, pics, headlines and sent messages reviewed and critiqued. A scary moment for us . . . A girl messaging Antonio about how Robin is her favorite Marvel character. Hating Disneyland is a dealbreaker. And dating someone who reads your blog. These are just a few things that we laugh about during this conversation.Time to delete my dating profile......

Veteran DJ of San Diego, DJ BUGZ comes by to chat about his experiences of DJing in downtown San Diego since the mid 90's. YIKES!! How old is this guy?? From giving out birthday shout outs.... . to dealing with drunk people requesting songs, we learn a little bit of why people like to come out and listen to this DJ.

Pardon our messy audio levels. We are still trying to get used to this new mixer that Gio is also using for his music equipment. What the f*ck?? We briefly jump on our new equipment to introduce ourselves and to go over what we like to talk about..... absolutely nonsense!!! ... It's not really nonsense. We like to talk about anything with guests, but we just like to have a little fun with our conversations.
