We talk about how the "going inward" season is upon us. Fall and Winter is time to rest and recoup while the majority of people keep pushing when their bodies are telling them to slow down. There is a reason for the seasons. They are telling and showing us more than just their beauty. We compared where we were at a year ago when we started Case of the Fix Its. We laugh at how different we are but our end thoughts and beliefs are so inline. @mindful_monarch @caseofthefixits @grateful_yogini caseofthefixits@gmail.com

We talk about how "armoring up" [putting your dukes up] blocks us from goodness and how we see it in ourselves and others. We talk about how our conditioning in childhood or even the community that we surround ourselves with as adults influences and molds us body, mind & spirit. Our conditioning, though powerful, can be worked on and healed just like anything.
