Following the tragic death of his father and the subsequent closure of the family business, John began buying properties and founded the Castledene group of Lettings and Estate agencies. He watched the business his father had created fall apart when he was no longer there to run things and realised that it wasn't a bad business it just lacked systems. He has been on a mission ever since to grow, systemise and take a step back from the day to day involvement in his business.
