What if the work you do every day could help 15-25 families consider adoption with just a $1,500 Christmas card budget? In this episode, Graeme Watt, co-founder and leader of Anthem Creative, shares his remarkable journey from outdoor adventure guide to nonprofit founder to running a thriving creative agency that serves organizations pursuing human flourishing. Through pivotal relationships with two mentors - Tom Ko, his "fundraising Yoda," and Michael Gibney, his business mentor of 15 years - Graeme discovered how to build businesses that amplify good in the world. From Googling "how to start a nonprofit" at age 26 to celebrating 10 years running a full-service agency with his brother, Graeme reveals how the right relationships at the right time, combined with unwavering optimism and clear vision, can transform not just your business trajectory but your entire life's work. His agency operates with a simple filter: "Will this amplify human flourishing?" This principle guides everything from client selection to team building, creating a business that treats every project as an opportunity to make the world better. Graeme reflects on how mentorship shaped his leadership, why passion is the single greatest competitive advantage in hiring, and how one adoption agency campaign proved that creative work can genuinely change lives - one family at a time. Live around 5 p.m., Post-Gazette sports columnist Paul Zeise evaluates the Steelers' coaching staff amid the team's recent funk of three losses in the past four games. Does coach Mike Tomlin deserve the most criticism for the team's performance? Or some credit for the defense's recent turnaround? What is OC Arthur Smith's level of blame as his unit has regressed? With stars Aaron Rodgers and DK Metcalf suffering the biggest dips in performance? And where does DC Teryl Austin fit into the equation? With T.J. Watt, Alex Highsmith, Nick Herbig and the pass rush surging. But Jalen Ramsey, Darius Slay and others creating questions in the secondary? Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. The Cincinnati Bengals (3-6) face a must-win scenario in Week 11 against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, November 16, at Acrisure Stadium. Trailing in the AFC North, the Bengals desperately need a victory to salvage their playoff hopes, especially after a gritty 24-17 win over Pittsburgh in Week 7, where Joe Flacco stepped in admirably, throwing for 342 yards. However, with Joe Burrow's status uncertain amid injury whispers, the offense hinges on Ja'Marr Chase's explosiveness and a resurgent ground game led by Chase Brown. The Steelers enter as 5.5-point favorites, with a total of 49.5 points signaling a high-scoring affair. Pittsburgh's defense, anchored by T.J. Watt, has terrorized quarterbacks, while their run-heavy attack with Najee Harris exploits Cincinnati's leaky front seven. Yet, the Bengals boast a perfect 2-0 divisional record this season and cover +5.5 in models like ESPN's, thanks to their pass rush disrupting Ben Roethlisberger's successor. Expect a revenge-fueled battle—Bengals ML +195 offers value for underdogs hungry to flip the script. Fresh off their first postseason berth since 2013, the Cincinnati Reds are buzzing with free agency ambition, and Kyle Schwarber tops the wishlist. ESPN's Jeff Passan calls signing the slugging DH the "perfect transaction" to turbocharge an offense that slashed .240 collectively in 2025. The Cincinnati native crushed 47 homers with an .928 OPS for the Phillies, thriving in a hitter-friendly park like GABP, where his pull power could yield 50+ dingers annually. Rumors hinge on a $60 million variable—Schwarber's Phillies loyalty versus Cincy's hometown pull and deeper pockets post-playoff revenue. A projected six-year, $150M deal could pair him with Elly De La Cruz for a fearsome core, transforming the Reds into NL Central contenders. Local ties ignite belief: Schwarber to Reds feels destined, per insiders, bridging nostalgia with firepower for 2026 glory. Music from #InAudio: https://inaudio.org/ Track Name Holy (Trap). Live around 5 p.m., Post-Gazette sports columnist Paul Zeise reacts to news that the Steelers are signing free agent cornerback Asante Samuel Jr. to their practice squad. What can the veteran bring to the struggling secondary? Will he fit well alongside names like Joey Porter Jr., Darius Slay, Jalen Ramsey, Brandin Echols and James Pierre? Will his coverage help names like T.J. Watt, Alex Highsmith and Nick Herbig generate more pressure on QBs up front? Can Samuel help coach Mike Tomlin's defense stop tough passing threats, beginning this week with an NFL Week 11 rematch against the Joe Flacco, Ja'Marr Chase and the Cincinnati Bengals? And does this move make up for GM Omar Khan's lack of action at the NFL trade deadline? Paul tackles those questions and more on the offensive side, where Aaron Rodgers, DK Metcalf, Jaylen Warren and others are looking for more success. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Host Adam Bittner and Post-Gazette sports columnist Paul Zeise react LIVE to the Steelers' NFL Week 10 Sunday Night Football matchup with the Los Angeles Chargers at SoFi Stadium. This show is presented by FanDuel. Which QB in the matchup was better? Aaron Rodgers or Justin Herbert? Were Jalen Ramsey, Joey Porter Jr., Darius Slay Jr. and Kyle Dugger able to slow talented Chargers receivers Ladd McConkey, Keenan Allen and Quentin Johnston? How did Cam Heyward, T.J. Watt, Nick Herbig, Payton Wilson, Keeanu Benton and Derrick Harmon deal with the potent Chargers running game? And were Steelers pass catchers DK Metcalf, Calvin Austin III, Roman Wilson, Pat Freiermuth, Darnell Washington and Jonnu Smith able to find space? Our duo tackles those questions, as well as the performance of coaches including Mike Tomlin, OC Arthur Smith and DC Teryl Austin. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Post-Gazette Steelers insiders Gerry Dulac and Ray Fittipaldo recap the team's NFL Week 10 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers at SoFi Stadium. This show is presented by FanDuel. What went wrong for QB Aaron Rodgers? Why wasn't he able to find a rhythm with receiver DK Metcalf? Or other pass catches including Roman Wilson, Calvin Austin III, Pat Freiermuth, Darnell Washington or Jonnu Smith for that matter? How encouraged should we be by Jaylen Warren's performance on the ground? Why couldn't T.J. Watt, Alex Highsmith, Cam Heyward, Nick Herbig and the defense generate any turnovers against Justin Herbert, Ladd McConkey, Kimani Vidal and the loaded Chargers offense? And how did Jalen Ramsey look in his second game at safety alongside DBs such as Darius Slay, Joey Porter Jr. and Kyle Dugger? Our duo tackles those questions and more. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
On the Monday episode of the North Shore Drive podcast, presented by FanDuel and Edgar Snyder & Associates, Post-Gazette Steelers insider Christopher Carter welcomes enterprise reporter Noah Hiles to sort through the team's NFL Week 10 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers at SoFi Stadium. Is 41-year-old QB Aaron Rodgers hitting a wall after his rough performance? Or did he just have a bad night? And what does he need to do to be more productive with his pass catchers. DK Metcalf in particular after his own quiet night. But also depth options including Calvin Austin III, Roman Wilson, Pat Freiermuth, Darnell Washington and Jonnu Smith? Our duo tackles those topics, then talks defense. Are the changes coach Mike Tomlin and DC Teryl Austin have made in the past couple of weeks working? From shifting Jalen Ramsey to safety to deploying James Pierre more at corner alongside Joey Porter Jr., Darius Slay and Brandin Echols? And will T.J. Watt, Cam Heyward, Payton Wilson, Patrick Queen, Alex Highsmith and Nick Herbig have more answers with a rematch against the AFC North rival Cincinnati Bengals looming in Week 11? Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
The AFC North rivalry reignites on November 16 when the Cincinnati Bengals (3-6) invade Acrisure Stadium to face the Pittsburgh Steelers (5-4). Fresh off a Week 10 bye, Cincinnati enters rested and hungry, aiming to exploit a Pittsburgh squad reeling from a humiliating 25-10 primetime drubbing at the hands of the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday night. The Steelers' third loss in four games has tightened the division race, with Baltimore lurking just one game back at 4-5. For the Bengals, the bye couldn't come soon enough. A brutal stretch saw them drop five of six, including a 31-20 gut-punch to the Jets in Week 8. Joe Burrow, nursing a nagging wrist issue, used the downtime for targeted rehab, while coordinators schemed ways to revive an offense averaging a measly 17.8 points per game. Ja'Marr Chase remains a matchup nightmare, but Cincy's run game—led by Chase Brown—must grind out possessions to keep Pittsburgh's ferocious front seven at bay. The rest advantage is real: Teams off byes are 12-8 straight-up this season, per early trends. Pittsburgh, meanwhile, is a powder keg. Mike Tomlin's crew dominated early (4-1 start) but has sputtered offensively, mustering just 159 yards in the Chargers loss—0-for-9 on third downs. Russell Wilson looked pedestrian, sacked four times, as L.A.'s Justin Herbert carved up the secondary for 248 yards and two scores. The Steel Curtain defense, anchored by T.J. Watt's league-leading 9.5 sacks, held firm (limiting Chargers to 3-of-13 on third down), but turnovers and red-zone inefficiency doomed them. Najee Harris needs volume to spark the ground attack, especially with divisional pride on the line—this is the rematch after Cincy's win a couple weeks ago. On his weekly Chipped Ham & Football podcast, Post-Gazette Steelers insider Brian Batko welcomes Los Angeles Chargers radio broadcast Francisco Pinto to preview the teams' Sunday Night Football matchup in NFL Week 10. This show is presented by FanDuel. Will injuries to key players including Omarion Hampton and Joe Alt slow coach Jim Harbaugh's team down? Especially against Jalen Ramsey, T.J. Watt, Cam Heyward, Joey Porter Jr., Payton Wilson and a Steelers defense fresh off forcing six turnovers against the Indianapolis Colts? Or can Justin Herbet, Quentin Johnston, Ladd McConkey and the potent passing game do more than enough to keep up with Aaron Rodgers, DK Metcalf, Jaylen Warren and the Steelers offense? Our duo tackles those questions; the Steelers offensive line's chances against a potent Chargers pass rush led by Tuli Tuipulotu; and the possibility that GM Omar Khan could opt to sign former Chargers CB Asante Samuel Jr. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Post-Gazette Steelers insiders Gerry Dulac and Ray Fittipaldo give their practice report ahead of an NFL Week 10 matchup with the Los Angeles Rams at SoFi Stadium. This show is presented by FanDuel. How much credit do coach Mike Tomlin and DC Teryl Austin deserve for adjusting to a simplified defenses for the win against the Colts? With safeties Jabrill Peppers, DeShon Elliott and Chuck Clark out injured? Did it help Kyle Dugger's integration into the defense? And could similar adjustments help T.J. Watt, Cam Heyward, Jalen Ramsey, Payton Wilson and Alex Highsmith this week as they face a tough challenge from Justin Herbert, Quentin Johnston, Ladd McConkey and the potent Chargers passing attack? Our duo tackles those questions; emphasizes the need to slow the Chargers' running game; and checks in on Aaron Rodgers, DK Metcalf, Jaylen Warren and the offense as they look to extend drives. Live around 5 p.m., Post-Gazette sports columnist Paul Zeise analyzes the Steelers' defense ahead of its NFL Week 10 matchup with the Los Angeles Chargers at SoFi Stadium. Have coach Mike Tomlin and DC Teryl Austin made enough adjustments for the defense to perform better against a potent passing attack led by Justin Herbert and Ladd McConkey than it did against Joe Flacco, Ja'Marr Chase and the Bengals? On this episode of “Fearless,” Jason Whitlock is joined by Matt McChesney to discuss why he has gone from Deion Sanders' biggest defender to critiquing Coach Prime. The pair discuss issues with Sanders' coaching staff, whether his roster construction was flawed from the start, whether the Buffaloes are just one legitimate quarterback away from success, and more. Guest Danny Kanell joins the show to offer feedback on the McChesney interview, as well as to provide insight into the Dodgers' World Series win; whether Mike Norvell will survive this season at Florida State; if college coaches will revert to building a team base from high-school recruits; whether the NFL is anyone's season this year; if Matthew Stafford is the best pure passer in the league; and more. Steve Kim rounds out the show with commentary on Game 7 of the World Series garnering significantly more viewership than Game 7 of the NBA Finals, J.J. Watt and Taylor Lewan saying they won't pay for another streaming service to watch Monday Night Football, and Stephen A. Smith's cringe-worthy appearance on an advertisement for a solitaire app. Forceful show today — don't miss it! On the Tuesday episode of the North Shore Drive podcast, presented by FanDuel, host Noah Hiles welcomes Post-Gazette Steelers insider Ray Fittipaldo to analyze the defensive front seven's impact on the Week 9 victory against the Indianapolis Colts. Why were T.J. Watt and Payton Wilson Ray's two most impactful players? Has Wilson arrived as a do-everything linebacker within coach Mike Tomlin's defense? Did his stellar outing help T.J. Watt be more disruptive? And to what degree can Watt and Cam Heyward be unlocked when names like Derrick Harmon, Joey Porter Jr., Alex Highsmith, Keeanu Benton and others are performing at a high level as well? Our duo tackles those questions, then talks about the secondary. Was the success in zone against the Colts repeatable? Or will opponents force the Steelers to prove they can stop them in man coverage? Will Jalen Ramsey stay at safety amid DeShon Elliott's injury? What would that mean for corners like Darius Slay Jr. and Brandin Echols? And other safeties including Kyle Dugger, Juan Thornhill and Jabrill Peppers? Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Post-Gazette Steelers insiders Gerry Dulac and Ray Fittipaldo reacts to the team's NFL Week 9 victory against the Indianapolis Colts at Acrisure Stadium. Why do linebackers T.J. Watt, Alex Highsmith and Payton Wilson deserve the most credit for the defense's dominant day, which included six forced turnovers against Daniel Jones, Jonathan Taylor, Tyler Warren and a Colts offense that entered the game producing at a historic pace? Was the offense a concern in gaining less than 300 yards? Or did Aaron Rodgers, DK Metcalf, Jaylen Warren, Darnell Washington and Pat Freiermuth prove how dangerous they can be if other teams make mistakes? Did Kyle Dugger show how valuable he can be to this defense in his Steelers debut at safety? And what moves might GM Omar Khan have up his sleeve before the NFL trade deadline? Could he add a No. 2 receiver? Or did Sunday prove that there's not much room for another big name beyond Metcalf in this tight end-heavy offense? Our duo tackles those questions and more. On the Monday episode of the North Shore Drive podcast, presented by FanDuel and Edgar Snyder & Associates, Post-Gazette Steelers insiders Christopher Carter and Ray Fittipaldo react to the NFL Week 9 victory against the Indianapolis Colts. Can T.J. Watt, Alex Highsmith, Jalen Ramsey and coach Mike Tomlin's defense repeat their dominance of Daniel Jones, Jonathan Taylor, Tyler Warren at the potent Colts offense? Or will they backslide like they have at times earlier this season? Why was stopping the run with names like Patrick Queen and Payton Wilson they key to getting pressure on Jones and forcing him into turnovers generated by the likes of Jack Sawyer and Joey Porter Jr.? And what impact did new acquisition Kyle Dugger have on the game? Our duo tackles those questions, then ponders how Aaron Rodgers, DK Metcalf, Jaylen Warren, Pat Freiermuth, Cavlin Austin III, Darnell Washington and OC Arthur Smith's offense can improve after they scored enough points to win but miss capitalizing on some opportunities. On the Friday episode of the North Shore Drive podcast, presented by FanDuel and Edgar Snyder & Associates, Post-Gazette sports columnist Paul Zeise joins host Adam Bittner to ponder the Steelers' persistent problems at the cornerback position. Does coach Mike Tomlin get too enamored with aging veterans like Patrick Peterson, Donte Jackson, Darius Slay Jr. and Jalen Ramsey? Is he too impressed by past accomplishments compared to present-day ability? And will ever figure out how to develop young corners like Joey Porter Jr., Cory Trice Jr. and others through the years to their full potential? Our duo tackles those questions, then analyzes the remaining schedule and the Steelers' chances of making the playoffs. Can Aaron Rodgers, DK Metcalf, T.J. Watt and Cam Heyward generate enough wins against teams like the Bills, Lions, Colts, Chargers and Ravens to make the NFL playoffs? Or are they more likely than not to miss the tournament? On this episode of Integrative Cancer Solutions Dr. Karlfeldt features Kelley Watt as she shares her candid and deeply personal journey after being diagnosed with breast cancer at age 67, having rarely visited doctors in her life. The diagnosis led to immediate recommendations from medical professionals for aggressive treatment, including a double mastectomy, chemotherapy, and radiation—a plan that Kelley found overwhelming, fast-moving, and impersonal. As she recounts, much of the standard approach felt like stepping onto a "chemo conveyor belt," and she describes with clarity and humor how quickly patients are pushed into surgery and systemic therapies, often with little time for research or emotional processing.Kelley's skepticism about the standard medical recommendations grew as she encountered discrepancies and perceived a lack of individualized care. She was particularly concerned about the risks of lymphedema and long-lasting side effects like neuropathy, osteoporosis, and organ damage. Frustrated by what felt like a cookie-cutter standard of care and disheartened by her “hostile” label in medical notes for simply refusing chemotherapy, Kelley sought a second opinion and, while offered slightly different protocols, continued to feel alienated by the medical system. She ultimately decided not to pursue the recommended treatments, including surgery and chemotherapy.Pushed by her need for alternatives, Kelley turned to extensive personal research, digital communities, and advice from friends and family. She radically changed her diet by cutting sugar and carbs, lost significant weight, and discovered stories of cancer patients worldwide who experimented with nutritional supplements like apricot seeds and drugs such as ivermectin and fenbendazole. Despite being unable to find support groups for women who refused chemotherapy, Kelley found encouragement from the online community and relied on her intuition and growing knowledge base to guide her treatment decisions, all while maintaining her active life and work schedule.Kelley's story also reveals her reflections on systemic issues within the cancer treatment industry. She shares her belief that the cancer industry is driven largely by fear and profit, citing the financial incentives for oncologists and insurance companies tied to chemotherapy drug prescriptions. She highlights disparities in patient care, problems she perceives in the for-profit healthcare paradigm, and the need for more transparency, patient choice, and information about alternative or natural therapies. Her journey is marked by the challenge of finding safe, affordable, and self-directed solutions, often outside the mainstream system. The conversation culminates in Kelley's message of empowerment and the importance of patient agency. She credits her continued well-being, more than a year after diagnosis, to her alternative protocols and her refusal to accept a prognosis dictated solely by standard care. Kelley's story encourages listeners to seek second opinions, do their own research, connect with others on similar paths, and, above all, advocate for themselves in the healthcare system. Her resolve offers hope and practical advice for those seeking different approaches to cancer care, while emphasizing the necessity for more nuanced, compassionate support for patients facing life-altering medical decisions.Kelley shares her experience of being diagnosed with breast cancer at 67 and feeling overwhelmed by rapid recommendations for aggressive standard treatments like mastectomy and chemotherapy. She expresses skepticism about the “chemo conveyor belt” of standard care and ultimately refuses chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation in favor of alternative approaches.Through her own research and online communities, Kelley chooses to pursue alternatives like dietary changes, apricot seeds, ivermectin, and fenbendazole, remaining active and symptom-free.Kelley describes her belief that the cancer industry is driven by fear and financial incentives, with little regard for patient individuality or alternative therapies. Her journey highlights the importance of patient advocacy, second opinions, and self-empowerment when making critical health decisions.____________________________________If you're ready to expand your mind, elevate your health, and awaken your full potential, subscribe now and join the revolution in conscious living with The Dr. K Show!____________________________________CONNECT WITH DR.
