Social Media Expert Rosalia Lazzara-Tilley joins Chloë to discuss the challenges of self-expression when building a personal brand, and the struggle many female entrepreneurs face with imposter syndrome. The financial services specialist turned social media marketing authority shares the difficult moment that made her, and how she found her identity in London after moving from Italy at a young age. Rosalia openly recounts how she deals with social media trolls and negative talk, in a way that you wouldn't expect. She also talks about how she handles being a woman in a male-dominated industry and reveals how Karen Brady inspired her to keep going. On our 30th podcast we have a great chat with Katie Bulmer Cooke who is an award winning Fitness Trainer, Speaker and Consultant as well as being a contestant on TV's The Apprentice. There will be many a bowler itching to get back on the green for the upcoming season but fitness could be a huge factor for some having been stuck in lockdown for what seems an eternity. Katie discusses "Bowlsfit" which was created following a discussion in 2017 and will be making a comeback in the very near future. How did it start? Why do we need it? Who will benefit? How can you do it? Just some of the questions covered and like the sport itself, do not knock it until you try it. We also discuss Katie's time on "The Apprentice". How did she find Lord Sugar, Karen Brady and Nick Hewer and what was the overall experience. Our World of Sport segment returns, we have our regular competition and cover some bowls topics. We hope you enjoy the show

The Holy Spirit desires to minister life to you. Worship Him, yield to Him, and let Him take you higher.
From Genesis 1:2 through Revelation 22:17 we see the work of God in the earth began, and ends, with the Holy Spirit. So it is true in our lives. We cultivate our relationship with the Holy Spirit so that the work of God will be gloriously fulfilled in us.
Maria is going lengths about why the Patriots will contend this year (while dragging Ksenia's tired ass through the episode), the Washington football team's big surprise, and Maria's horrible taste in men (she doesn't love you anymore, Dak). Oh, and Karen Brady.

Geoff Shreeves is joined by Craig Bellamy and West Ham vice chairman Karen Brady discuss and debate the latest stories and talking points from the Premier League.
Baroness Karen Brady is a Conservative peer, who is sometimes referred to as 'The First Lady of Football' having run Birmingham football club when she was 23. Currently Vice Chair of West Ham Football club, she invited Becky Milligan to lunch in their new grounds of the former Olympic Stadium in East London. They talked about her interest in politics and business, her "disappointed" face on The Apprentice, and about romance.
Stoke return from London with a well-earned point leaving Dave, Chris and Zach pick apart a pretty dull game. There's praise for one Charles Adam, we have another debate about the midfield and we have a big guffaw at Karen Brady's celebration of a lack of crowd trouble. Mark Holmes from @planetfutebol joins the gang in the second half to try and put our season into context, and we learn how to describe Bojan in American. There's also the hottest London parking chat ever recorded, so watch out for that. Sorry about the audio not being 100% second half, not much we could do there. @wizardsofdrivel for your Twitter stuff.
