Send us a textThe headlines never tell the whole story. Mary Bonnet sits down with us to strip away the gloss of a blockbuster reality show and talk about what really sustains a person when the edit stings, the comments pile up, and the pressure won't let go. We open with a funny story about how we met--an embarrassing fan girl moment on a West Hollywood sidewalk, then quickly move into the practices that keep her grounded: cutting way back on alcohol after an honest self-audit, delegating social media to protect her peace, and choosing not to clap back even when it would be easy. From there, we dig into the making of her memoir—why private messages from viewers convinced her to write it, how reliving trauma on a press tour can reopen wounds, and what it took to return to therapy and EMDR to integrate those memories. Mary's take on storytelling is refreshingly real: sharing isn't a victory lap; it's a brave step that can still hurt. But when readers say “I feel less alone,” the meaning of the pain changes. Shame loosens. Connection grows. Healing starts to scale.Joy enters the chat through Bali, yoga, and a shared dream with her sister—now several years sober—to create a wellness retreat focused on movement, breath, and spiritual grounding. It's a blueprint for nervous system sanity in a culture that rewards outrage. We talk ADHD and the work of slowing down, redefining God as an inner compass, and why material wins can't fill a spiritual vacuum. Mary closes with a simple ethic—treat others as you want to be treated—that reads less like a quote and more like a daily practice. If you're curious about sobriety shifts, trauma healing, memoir writing, ADHD, spiritual fitness, and how to build boundaries without losing your heart, this conversation will land. Listen, share with someone who needs it, and if it resonates, subscribe and leave a review so more people can find the show.To book a FREE discovery call with Dr. Harte, click the link below:https://calendly.com/drharte/free-discovery-call-w-dr-harteSupport the show#thetruthaboutaddiction#sobriety#the12steps#recovery#therapy#mentalhealth#podcasts#emotionalsobriety#soberliving#sobermindset#spirituality#spiritualgrowth#aa#soberlife#mindfulness#wellness#wellnessjourney#personalgrowth#personaldevelopment#sobermovement#recoveroutloud#sobercurious#sobermoms#soberwomen#author#soberauthor#purpose#passion#perspective

Among everyday vehicles, nearly half are overdue for either their Warrant of Fitness (WOF) or their registration, according to a vehicle management app. Bonnet, an app that links to NZTA data crunched the numbers for 21,500 vehicles, privately owned and fleet operated. The Bonnet data shows in Northland, 66% of warrants are overdue, in Auckland around 16% have expired, but it's just 8% in Otago. AA's principal policy advisor, Terry Collins spoke to Lisa Owen.
According to new data published by vehicle compliance platform Bonnet almost 50% of us are driving with an expired WoF or Rego And for vehicles that are eligible for Road User Charges - mainly EVs and diesel - 1 in 5 are behind on their payments So what's going on? Is it laziness, forgetfulness or something in between? Bonnet founder Steph Kennard joins Jesse to discuss.
An estimate from vehicle admin app Bonnet puts half of New Zealanders behind on their WOF or registration. Bonnet CEO Steph Kennard told Heather du Plessis-Allan the cost of living crisis is likely a contributing factor, alongside forgetfulness. Further concerns of financial pressure and forgetfulness are added when considering the incoming implementation of road user charges. LISTEN ABOVESee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

This week, Jason is joined by luxury real estate expert and Selling Sunset star, Mary Bonnet! As one of the faces of the Netflix show, she is a VP, a senior agent at the Oppenheim Group with over 15 years of real estate experience. Mary has built a powerful career at the intersection of television and personal branding. Beyond the stunning properties and glamorous show, Mary's story is about independence, strength, business growth, and credibility, how she used a massive global platform to amplify her professional brand, attract high-end clients, and expand her influence in an ultra competitive industry. Mary breaks down her take on Season 9 and how editing shapes the reality viewers think they're seeing. She opens up about making it clear to production that she refused to be blindsided, and why being financially smart has been a priority throughout her career. Mary also shares the importance of presenting yourself well in the luxury real estate market, the real behind-the-scenes of what the job actually looks like, and the terrifying experience of being robbed during the wildfires—losing $250K in jewelry and only receiving $1,500 back. Interview with Rebecca de Mornay - On the phone with David Serero - The Culture News. Alec Baldwin John Patrick Shanley Benefit for The Lee Strasberg Creative Center Premiere of Five New One Act Plays “Outcasts” Erick Betancourt, Rebecca De Mornay, Ivette Dumeng, Susie Essman, Jeff Garlin, Jamie Hector, Alessandra Mesa, Debra Messing, Sidney Williams Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 7:00 PM TBN Theater, 111 East 15th Street, New York, NY New York, NY (November 5, 2025) — Alec Baldwin joins playwright John Patrick Shanley (Moonstruck, Doubt) for the world premiere of Outcasts, a benefit reading in support of The Lee Strasberg Creative Center. The one-night-only event will feature five new one-act plays written by Shanley and will take place Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at the TBN Theater. “My acting career literally began in classrooms with Geoffrey Horne and Marcia Haufrecht at the Strasberg Institute on 15th Street,” said Alec Baldwin. “I will always be grateful that I began my career here. Strasberg gave me a technique built upon a foundation of truth. Among the great playwrights working today, John Patrick Shanley's writing, with both the humor and the drama marbled together, demands a focus and agility that I acquired largely through Strasberg. I have long admired Shanley's remarkable work and I am grateful for the opportunity to celebrate that work while benefiting my theatrical alma mater.” “Each of these new pieces gives voice to the overlooked, the unheard, the exiled among us—the true outcasts,” said John Patrick Shanley. “It's a challenging and exciting evening featuring actors who are fearless in their work.” The evening features five new works written by Shanley: The Upside Down Man with Alec Baldwin and Alessandra Mesa; The Bonnet with Jeff Garlin and Susie Essman; The Estimate with Debra Messing and Ivette Dumeng, who also serves as co-director for the evening alongside Lori Kee; Heartbreak with Sidney Williams, Jamie Hector, and Erick Betancourt; and Last Night in the Garden I Saw You with Baldwin and Rebecca De Mornay. Actor Ivan Hernandez (Company, Chicago Med) will serve as master of ceremonies. Accompanied by a three-piece jazz band, Hernandez will open the program, setting the tone for a night of sharp, unpredictable theater. Four of the evening's performers—Alec Baldwin, Rebecca De Mornay, Jamie Hector and Alessandra Mesa—are alumni of The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute. Outcasts begins at 7:00 p.m. at TBN Theater, 111 East 15th Street, New York, NY. Proceeds from Outcasts will support the Center's work to benefit the future of young artists in the theater. Tickets and donations are available at https://givebutter.com/outcasts. About The Lee Strasberg Creative Center The Lee Strasberg Creative Center was founded by Anna Strasberg in 1977 to share the legacy of the "Father of Method Acting" with future generations. It is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that offers an extensive scholarship program for young actors to train at The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute, commissions for early-career playwrights, directing fellowships, community outreach programs and cultural collaborations. It also maintains the archive of Lee Strasberg's lectures and teaching and historical resources.

This week we sat down with Antonin Bonnet from Pierre and Antonin in the south of France for an eye opening episode. Antonin is a natural winemaker and he pulled back the curtain on how he and his partner Pierre think about and make wine without all the scary stuff people usually associate with natural bottles. We got into his wild start in New York, how he and Pierre built their winery from scratch, and why resistant grape varieties might be the future. Colin finally owned his natural wine skepticism, Joel showed up mid-diaper-chaos, and Antonin kept dropping gems while pouring wines that shook up our expectations. If you've ever been curious about natural wine or flat out opposed to it, this episode might flip your perspective. Grab a glass, hit play, and get ready to think about wine in a new way.Check out Pierre and Antonin Pierre and Antonin Websitehttps://pierre-antonin.com/en/Pierre and Antonin on Instagramhttps://www.instagram.com/pierreetantonin/Connect with the show. Bobbys got a bee in his bonnet this week — and he’s buzzing about everything from Bad Bunny and the Super Bowl to how online bots are quietly shaping what we think and feel. He breaks down the weird world of digital manipulation, why outrage spreads faster than truth, and how to keep your sanity in it all. Then Bobby dives into some baby questions from listeners (Razorback or Sooner?), shares what he and Caitlin are most looking forward to, and explains why they’re keeping some details private. Later, Bobby answers a listener's question about his Mount Rushmore of ’90s songs — from Counting Crows to Weezer — plus a fun debate between Bobby, Eddie and Brandon Ray: would you still pay to see a band live without all of their original members?
