LMNP vs SCI IS en 2026 ?
We discovered intimacy coordinators on film sets choreograph every movement and use fabric barriers between actors to avoid touching bits, plus guys sometimes have to leave set to do push-ups or jumping jacks in their little pouches to "manage blood flow" during steamy scenes. Ricki revealed she once had to film a saucy scene for a music video where her record label made her make out with a hot guy on the bonnet of a car despite it having absolutely nothing to do with the song—she just steals a car, picks up a hitchhiker, and suddenly they're making out for no reason before she washes her face.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Send us a textThe headlines never tell the whole story. Mary Bonnet sits down with us to strip away the gloss of a blockbuster reality show and talk about what really sustains a person when the edit stings, the comments pile up, and the pressure won't let go. We open with a funny story about how we met--an embarrassing fan girl moment on a West Hollywood sidewalk, then quickly move into the practices that keep her grounded: cutting way back on alcohol after an honest self-audit, delegating social media to protect her peace, and choosing not to clap back even when it would be easy. From there, we dig into the making of her memoir—why private messages from viewers convinced her to write it, how reliving trauma on a press tour can reopen wounds, and what it took to return to therapy and EMDR to integrate those memories. Mary's take on storytelling is refreshingly real: sharing isn't a victory lap; it's a brave step that can still hurt. But when readers say “I feel less alone,” the meaning of the pain changes. Shame loosens. Connection grows. Healing starts to scale.Joy enters the chat through Bali, yoga, and a shared dream with her sister—now several years sober—to create a wellness retreat focused on movement, breath, and spiritual grounding. It's a blueprint for nervous system sanity in a culture that rewards outrage. We talk ADHD and the work of slowing down, redefining God as an inner compass, and why material wins can't fill a spiritual vacuum. Mary closes with a simple ethic—treat others as you want to be treated—that reads less like a quote and more like a daily practice. If you're curious about sobriety shifts, trauma healing, memoir writing, ADHD, spiritual fitness, and how to build boundaries without losing your heart, this conversation will land. Among everyday vehicles, nearly half are overdue for either their Warrant of Fitness (WOF) or their registration, according to a vehicle management app. Bonnet, an app that links to NZTA data crunched the numbers for 21,500 vehicles, privately owned and fleet operated. The Bonnet data shows in Northland, 66% of warrants are overdue, in Auckland around 16% have expired, but it's just 8% in Otago. AA's principal policy advisor, Terry Collins spoke to Lisa Owen.

This week, Jason is joined by luxury real estate expert and Selling Sunset star, Mary Bonnet! As one of the faces of the Netflix show, she is a VP, a senior agent at the Oppenheim Group with over 15 years of real estate experience. Mary has built a powerful career at the intersection of television and personal branding. Beyond the stunning properties and glamorous show, Mary's story is about independence, strength, business growth, and credibility, how she used a massive global platform to amplify her professional brand, attract high-end clients, and expand her influence in an ultra competitive industry. Mary breaks down her take on Season 9 and how editing shapes the reality viewers think they're seeing. She opens up about making it clear to production that she refused to be blindsided, and why being financially smart has been a priority throughout her career. Mary also shares the importance of presenting yourself well in the luxury real estate market, the real behind-the-scenes of what the job actually looks like, and the terrifying experience of being robbed during the wildfires—losing $250K in jewelry and only receiving $1,500 back. She dives into the migration out of LA and how that shift is reshaping her business, what she sold in her first year, her perspective on prenups, and how going into business with an ex impacted her credit. Mary reflects on what she'd do differently, how she defines luxury real estate, and the extensive due diligence required to verify buyer funds. Plus, she shares the story behind her biggest real estate deal, the first time she ever yelled at a client, and her best advice for buyers entering today's market. Mary reveals all this and so much more in another episode you can't afford to miss! Bobbys got a bee in his bonnet this week — and he’s buzzing about everything from Bad Bunny and the Super Bowl to how online bots are quietly shaping what we think and feel. He breaks down the weird world of digital manipulation, why outrage spreads faster than truth, and how to keep your sanity in it all. Then Bobby dives into some baby questions from listeners (Razorback or Sooner?), shares what he and Caitlin are most looking forward to, and explains why they’re keeping some details private. Later, Bobby answers a listener's question about his Mount Rushmore of ’90s songs — from Counting Crows to Weezer — plus a fun debate between Bobby, Eddie and Brandon Ray: would you still pay to see a band live without all of their original members?
