Daredevil is the quintessential 2000's superhero film, and we don't mean that as a compliment. Starring Ben Affleck as our blind, bad boy Matt Murdoch aka Daredevil. Rounding out the supporting cast are Jennifer Garner as Elektra, Michael Clarke Duncan as Kingpin, and Colin Ferrell as Bullseye. The team behind this movie tries to bring this iconic comic-book character and his world to life. But instead, they ended up killing the character's mainstream appeal for almost a decade. After seeing this film, I felt as if I were a blind man in a minefield. Lost, confused, and wondering how I got there.
How did two "slackers" from Colorado go on to alter pop culture as we know it today? With the new South Park episode just a few days away, Shanny and I decided to go on down to South Park and have ourselves a time. We talk about some of our favorite episodes, jokes, characters, and more. As well as diving into Matt Stone and Trey Parker's other ventures such as Team America World Police and The Book of Morman.
