In leadership you have to redefine what it means for you to be a student. Student doesn't mean beginner, its mean you're a constant learner. & just like BISHOP TD JAKES SAYS, Dont be limited by a title. You're a leader, yes. But you're also a woman who's learned enough to teach, a student who's hungry to continue learning and an entrepreneur who's capable of upleveling constantly while your feet are planted firmly where you are. I hope this sparks something in you. Accept what phase of leadership you're in, whether a beginner or a master, and focus on intentionally learning the next level of skills needed to level up. you cant learn it all at once, its a process. Once you understand that, you won't be focused on how faster slow youre going, you'll just be proud that you've grown. Its a choice, choose YOU! Because the greatest investment you make isnt in a business, it's in the person running the business, which is YOU! Strengthen your skills with knowledge and watch your confidence grow. Then coming to a company that she could be her authentic self. It's a game changer SOLEIL •Share the tools that work for you; it may work for others as well •Be who you are but also create a space for others to come as they are. •You decide your standards in which you accept •You build that bucket of confidence by depositing and consistency •Silence is a universal language MEGHAN •In order for you to inspire others, you need to believe you and what you have your hands on are powerful •Start by surrounding yourself with like minded leaders •Be willing to learn; fill your cup everyday •”Make good choices and good things will happen” •Do one thing everyday to make yourself proud!
