Long time no see, but today we got a long one where i talk to you guys about some of the things I have discovered that is helping me take baby steps forward in building a better mindset. Because overthinking is a poison and my goal for this year is to really kick its butt and be at peace with my mind. So, whenever I got some updates, I will share because we overthinkers need to break free from this terrible habit we have developed. Be positive, be kind, and most importantly, be here in the present.
This message is more for me than it is for y'all. But for those who can relate, you know how people pleasing and overthinking can lead to nothing but stress and feeling overwhelmed.
