It's no longer helpful for the left to be anti-military. But now they are finding renewed strength with the latest target of the their vitriol: the Police.
This life offers plenty of pain, but two days of pure, joyous selfless love and affection does more for the heart than years of monotony.
I can't help but think that the Chauvin trial is the Boston Massacre of our generation, except in this case, the law didn't prevail, mob rule and jury intimidation did. Please hear me out.
So we all have a war to wage in our lives; the war against apathy. This leads me to why I dubbed the podcast, Why Should I Care?
Music is spiritual. It is far more than just words set to a collection of notes and harmonies from various instruments—more than just the vibrations of air molecules at different frequencies hitting our eardrums and transmitting to our brains.
We all hold sincere religious beliefs. The disagreement is not between faith and no faith. It is between competing religions.

Full Transcript Welcome to a new week, all of you fantastic podcast listeners! It's your host Adam back again with another important topic to discuss with you. You should be aware that we do not shy away from controversial subjects; in fact, controversy invites our curiosity. The topic I want to bring to this edition is the connection between Gnosticism and the transgender movement. To understand this connection, you need a refresher on who the Gnostics were, what they were teaching, and why. The title of this heretical group comes from the Greek word gnosis, meaning knowledge. We have modern parallel terms like prognosis or diagnosis, having to do with knowledge revealed. The Gnostics took this a step further, claiming that they had a "special knowledge" of Christian doctrine in the first century. This special knowledge was linked to Platonism, whose proponents reject the idea of the physical body as an essential part of who you are. The body, and all physical matter, was viewed as "less important" than abstract or non-physical entities. Matter doesn't matter. These two ancient ideas, secret knowledge, and the loss of respect for the physical body, have significant modern expressions. Today's gnostics might say something like, "I am living MY TRUTH." Or, "No one else can tell me what's right for me." No matter what extrinsic evidence may bombard them, their "inner knowledge" convinces them that they are right and all others are wrong. To show you how Platonism has infected the trans movement, take a listen to the words taken directly from this children's storybook on the topic: It Feels Good To Be Yourself. This is Ruthie. She's a transgender girl. That means when she was born, everyone thought she was a boy. Until she grew a little older–old enough to tell everyone that she's actually a girl. There are so many different ways to be a boy or a girl–too many to fit in a book! But not everyone feels like either a boy or a girl. In other words, it doesn't matter what gender I was assigned at birth; it doesn't matter if I have male parts or female parts; it doesn't matter if I have a boy's body or a girl's body. What I think about myself is more important. I might be in the wrong body and may need to chemically castrate or surgically mutilate this filthy body so that it aligns with who I think I am. These are the thoughts and actions of a Neo-Gnostic. These are old ideas wrapped up in popular culture and fully supported by the woke
Ernie and Red from the Keeping' the Balance Podcast graciously invited me to be a part of their wonderful show. This is just the first eight minutes of a wide-ranging discussion on the topic of apologies, humility, and reconciliation.
On this bonus episode, I'm happy to welcome brothers Ernie Peña and Raymond Durant to get some good listener feedback and discuss their favorite episodes so far. They graciously invited me to be a guest on their podcast, called Keeping' the Balance. We hope you enjoy the discussion!
Today, I want to bring you four stories with some audio clips of what courage sounds like:
I recently had to hire a plumber for a DIY job gone sideways. We had a leaky faucet in our bathtub that I had already made two attempts to fix on my own. After spending close to $100 in parts and crappy tools and spending at least 12 hours watching Youtube and doing it wrong, I finally relented and called a pro. Here's what I learned along the way.
We need to be living without regrets. Sometimes to see the most significant rewards, we need to be willing to risk.
Last week, we began hearing a call to start issuing passports to those who had received the Covid-19 vaccine. As always, the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
Dave Smale is an aspiring author, podcaster and all all around good guy and friend of our show.
Americans' membership in houses of worship continued to decline last year, dropping below 50% for the first time in Gallup's eight-decade trend.
The 21-year-old rapper, Lil Nas X, makes waves this week with his latest music video where he slides down a CGI stripper pole to hell and simulates sex acts with the devil. Let's say I wouldn't recommend watching it.
There is a looming slow-motion disaster at work underneath the surface of many communities today. It is a problem of growing old without growing up.
Courage is a spiritual virtue. Courage is not blind idealism. It acknowledges the legitimate reasons to fear and then overcomes them.
After connecting on Parler, I have a great conversation with one of our first listeners, Jason from Ukraine.
Let's be real, shall we? Rachel Levine is a man, no matter how he feels. He is suffering from a mental illness called gender dysphoria. His condition does not deserve to be celebrated, but treated by a medical professional, and prayed for by a spiritual counselor. This is a hurting person.
I believe that there are a lot of lessons that we can learn by comparing the two shootings that have occurred in the last week. When a man savagely killed 8 people in Atlanta, GA. And this week, when a young man killed 10 in a supermarket in boulder, CO, including a police officer.
This is why we know that the only thing that can transform the human heart is not a law passed by congress, a politician elected to office, or a check sent out to the masses. These solutions will never address the spiritual problems that caused them. What we truly need is spiritual fix for spiritual problems.
