Last November I starting having some quite extreme hip pain that I hadn't had for 8 years, not since my initial back injury that left me with 2 herniated discs…I decided to go the full haul and get my hips, my lumbar spine, my shoulder that I injured badly years ago and my neck (I fell on my head a number of times)The results were….. well, that's what the episode is about really!!
