Just your average joe-rge talking about whatever he wants to talk about and share with the world :')
Today I recount a trip to Vail for snowboarding and skiing with some friends. Though most of us had a good time hitting the slopes, there were also a couple situations that were very scary to witness or hear about. Ultimately it all pointed to God and how He was protecting us and taking care of us throughout the trip.
Today I reflect on the most recent message on Eternity and how our understanding that the New Creation is indeed coming affects how we live our lives
Today I talk about being reinspired to ponder and process my thoughts as well as a recent thought that I've been thinking about :)
Tonight I continue sharing about some of the ideas and concepts I got from our Colossians Bible study. I touch upon asceticism, the peace of Christ, dwelling in the Word, and Sunday services.
In today's episode I do a quick review of the Bible study I just had in Colossians 1:15-23 about the preeminence of Christ. Some major topics that I go over is how Jesus it the creator, how He is worth of worship, and our purpose in life as Christians.
Tonight I share a bit from our Bible Study on Colossians 1:1-14. Some notable topics are, walking in a manner worthy of the Lord, being excited and grateful for the faith and love we hear about from others, and a reminder of our salvation and hope through Jesus.
Tonight I discuss about being yoked to Jesus in the pursuit of righteousness and holiness. The burden that Jesus presents us with (righteousness and holiness) is very different from the burdens of this world, but we can have confidence that the yoke is easy and the burden is light because we are yoked to Jesus, who is perfect in all things and guides us through.
Tonight I reflect on God's authority and how He is constant throughout everything. Â I also share about some of the responsibilities I have put upon myself and how these concepts help me really give them up to the Lord and trust that He is still God throughout it all.
Today's episode I talk about how truly internalizing the concepts of grace and mercy are so contrary to how the world functions and how difficult it is, especially during difficult situations. I also share an amazing miracle I was able to hear about from a friend and his healing. Praise Jesus for his recover! :)
In this episode I talk about a short encounter I had with a random couple at a local park and how I'd say I do enjoy talking to strangers, people who I don't know really well, and how those interactions usually go.
Today I talk about compassion to our communities, not just the ones we are directly a part of, but also the other ones as well! I also recap the weekend that I had where my friend from home visited and Salmon Days!
Today I share some thoughts from the devos in morning prayer today about circles of influences and also because of Jesus's ressurection we can have hope!
Today I don't remember much from service, except humility. Also, I discuss my thoughts on this idea of "life stages" where it is a bit more nuanced than I had originally thought because I've been spending time with more people in their late 20s and 30s recently.
Today I discuss about asking boldly to the Lord in our prayers and also creating an environment around my friends where it is easy and comfortable to ask for favors without feeling like a burden. Wine still sucks, but whiskey good. Birthdays are fun :)
Not really Sunday thought vomit because it is Monday, but it was a long weekend, so this is just a short recap of the weekend. Too tired, so not many thoughts.
Today we had a joint service with many of the other churches in the east Seattle area. I also talk about volleyball and pro league of legends lol...
Today's episode I continue from the SD trip into the actual wedding ceremony and the preparation leading up to it. It's a long episode for a long weekend. Some major topics are how the Lord protected them throughout the process, providing for them, and loving onto them through all of the people who made their day super special. I also debrief it a little and recount my life and memories with the groom and his now wife and how the Lord has blessed me so much by the relationship I have with them and how excited I am for their marriage and the blessings they will be for others.
I broke up wedding week/vacation into two episodes because it's just took much content to recount. This episode is mainly the small trip to SD that me and some of my friends took leading up to the wedding that weekend. Kinda just a recount of what we did and stuff.
Another episode of Sunday Thought Vomits. The message today was on God as our Shepherd who leads us. I also talk about my friend visiting and playing lots of VOLLEYBALL!!
Today's sermon was the first of a series on Psalm 23 focusing on the part where the Lord is our Shephard. I also recap some thoughts I had during the month of morning prayer our church had been doing as well the devo that I shared for one of those mornings. And some other rando stuff too I guess...

Tonight I talk on the topic friends, examining my relationships with my friends and the special situation I found myself in with some of my closest friends after school. Lastly, I talk about my love for people, learning about their stories, sharing mine, and wanting to help people feel welcomed and loved in every community that I find myself a part of.
Today I recount my past weekend where I attended a wedding and just going home. Super tiring weekend, but also a lot of fun!
Tonight I recount the bachelor party that I was a part of the previous weekend. It was an extremely fun time with a good group of guys, but most importantly it was a wonderful reminder of God's provision, goodness, and faithfulness to each and everyone of us.
Tonight I share some of my favorite secret places where I'd go to take a step back from life, breathe, and think. I look forward to finding more of these places (usually with benches and trees haha) and sharing them with my friends and all of you!
Today I do some external processing about young adult community, especially after moving. Thinking about future community in where I currently am and the community in which I had left.
It's been a while! But I am alive, just moved elsewhere. Today I talk about my journey to pick up some bag clips from the Amazon locker and all that I experienced along the way. Nothing much … hope it was enjoyable though :')

Tonight I talk about how I missed out on the opportunity to get MVP Gold status with Alaska because I didn't read the fine print of the promotion. Through the experience I also got to look at the positives of the situation and how really I don't deserve anything that I've received, but still received it ... kinda like our salvation
Tonight I'm considering starting a new weekly upload schedule of sunday thought vomits, which will consist of any thoughts I'm having on Sunday night and usually includes the sermon from the Sunday. We will see how it goes!! Today's topics include dread of Mondays, salvation isn't earned, and facilitating godly relationship amongst my church brothers :)
Tonight I talk about some thoughts after listening to the sermon from service yesterday. I talk about how sin was never God's intention, but through Christ, He paved a way for our salvation and also the difference between not sinning and pursuing God.
Today I talk about my most recent travels to Austin Texas to see a friend. Â I recount the scheduling complications with the winter storms that were hitting the midwest, but also really exciting upgrades to premium and first class on my Alaska Airlines flight because of my elite status. Â Hope you enjoy me nerding out about the travel benefits I got to experience :') Also shout out to the two people working at the gates to get me my upgrades and the first class flight attendant for making my first experience in first class so awesome!!

Today I talk about my love for planning trips, days, events, ... etc and how sometimes it can be consuming, but ultimately rewarding if people enjoyed their time :)
Super bummed that my first recording of this episode didn't get saved properly, but today I talk about confidence, how it's tied to preparedness, and confidence in our faith!
Tonight I talk about how I've come to dislike shopping in person during busy seasons like Black Friday, the various difficulties, and toning down the retail therapy.
Talking to people is scary...especially if you don't know who the person is... Tonight I talk about becoming more comfortable talking to people on the phone for various reasons, book a trip, preordering food for pick up, correcting a mistake with customer service.
Tonight I talk about my understanding of the phrase "fear the Lord" and how that sets a really high standard for us to meet, but also isn't something we should easily compromise.
Tonight I talk about some of the encounters I had riding Uber and Lyft and the cool people that I got to meet and talk to through those experiences. A little sad to know that I'll probably never see them again and they will forever be nothing more than a memory.
Tonight I talk about being easily frustrated sometimes and the importance of taking a step back and reevaluating my mental state before doing or speaking since once things are done and words are said, there is no taking it back without the consequences.
Today I talk about how I've been wrestling with making preemptive assumptions or judgements about people or situations, why I believe it can be hindering to have them, and some personal stories related to this topic.
