Hopefully with Jaelan Phillips and Brandon Graham back, they can. Over the weekend it came out that the Cowboys put a "poison pill" into the Micah Parsons trade, which means the Packers would need to relinquish a 1st round pick if they trade Parsons to an NFC East team (basically, the Eagles) within the next two years.
