Lavender fields, dazzling beaches, hilltop villages…and cowboys? Yes, a South of France itinerary in 2 weeks is full of surprises! Before Chris and Kat went to the Olympics, Kat embarked on a 2-week solo road trip through the South of France. After falling in love with the area a few years ago on a shorter trip, she knew she had to go back to explore deeper (and catch some lavender fields!). This South of France road trip includes visits to Saint-Remy-de-Provence, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Avignon, Sault, Gordes, Valensole, Grasse, Saint-Tropez, Antibes, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, and more! In the hustle of entrepreneurship, we're often told to say yes—to opportunity, growth, and grit. But sometimes the most powerful move we can make… is to say no. In this solo episode, Molly reflects on five pivotal moments when choosing “no” over “yes” created the space, alignment, and peace she truly needed—both in her business and in her life. From walking away from steady income to turning down the dream office space, Molly walks you through the stories, lessons, and surprising gifts that came with each decision. Whether you're deep in decision fatigue or sensing it's time for a shift, this episode will remind you: “Every time we say no, we're also saying yes—to space, to integrity, to what really matters.” Inside this episode: The early career “no” that opened the door to MKM Why walking away from a client six weeks in felt hard but right Saying no to real estate dreams and big-agency expectations The evolution from service provider to strategic leader The cost (and clarity) of holding onto things that no longer fit Resources Mentioned: Bronnie Ware's Top Five Regrets of the Dying MKM Founder's Field Notes Email List: https://mkm.myflodesk.com/email Follow Molly on Instagram: @mollyknuth Empowerment Communities: https://www.the-restorationproject.com/empowerment-communities/

Deep down within every soul lies a beautiful desire to find great purpose in life and be valued for who we are. Sadly, on the quest to find self-worth and fulfillment in the ways that the godless preach, countless women have found their lives more empty and meaningless than ever. As many in our culture are questioning the value of militant feminism and all the other leftist ideals that accompany that worldview, there is at present a massive turn of tides with a large number of people, young people especially, desiring to return to God to find their true identity and value. As countless lies are presently being unearthed, and in its place, objective evidence is surfacing, the most profoundly damaging lies have been the leftist's trashing of Christianity. In this podcast, Cindy shares what she has been learning about how, throughout history, Christianity has been nothing short of the ultimate promoter of the real well-being of females, for it is in Christianity that we find our identity rooted in truth, purpose, and meaning and thus our sense of self-worth in the eyes of our holy God.

Steve recaps his family golfing trip down to South Carolina. It's the cultural exchange that makes travel fun, right? Brandon rented a BIG OLE TRUCK and did some man-work. Warriors of the Wasteland: Nuclear war has destroyed society. We're left with two groups of people. One group of good guys who think humanity can be salvaged with niceness, and another one that thinks anyone who survived the apocalypse should be hunted down and killed and then the hunters will off themselves, for some reason. Then there's a lone-wolf guy who travels around the desert doing the right thing. The guy gets stuck between the two groups when he tries to save some lady. Have you heard this plot line before? Warriors of the Wasteland final grade: Steve: A fun movie to watch. Plenty of cool explosions. You notice a lot of the director's Spaghetti Western background. 4.024/5.0Brandon: One of, if not the best 80s-era post-apocalyptic desert movie. My pulse pounded. My heart raced. In episode 698, Eloise Jennes talks about how what felt like a massive failure on Instagram actually became the catalyst for clarity, growth, and deep alignment in her food blogging business. Elo is a plant-based food blogger, meal prep expert, and founder of Cooking With Elo, where she helps stressed-out professionals, overwhelmed parents, and health-conscious students make healthy plant-based eating way more doable and way less chaotic. With her Master's in food innovation and obsessive love for systems, checklists, and pantry organization, Elo helps you feel confident in the kitchen, even with tofu, tempeh, and beans on the menu. So if you've ever wished someone would just tell you what to cook, how to prep it, and when to eat it—she's your girl. In this episode, you'll learn how to reframe failure as a learning opportunity to refine your niche, improve your blog and discover a clear business path rooted in passion and purpose. Key points discussed include: - Failure isn't failure—it's unmet expectations: Eloise shares how she redefined her Instagram experiment as a learning opportunity, not a flop. - Hard work can still feel fruitless—until it pays off: Posting 100 blog posts and 100 Instagram reels in 100 days didn't go viral, but it laid a strong foundation for her business. - Systems matter: Eloise used Google Sheets smart chips and her love of organization to manage content creation efficiently. - Clarity comes from action: Pushing through the challenge helped Eloise realize her true niche had been there all along—plant-based meal prep. - You gain confidence through repetition: Creating content daily improved her storytelling, video editing, voiceovers, and technical workflow. - Burnout is real—listen to your body: She worked 14-15 hours a day, 7 days a week, and ended up with stress-induced gastritis, teaching her to build in sustainability. - Trust the process: Eloise held onto the belief that everything was leading somewhere, and it eventually unlocked new products, programs, and media opportunities. - Teaching is mastery: Shifting from “storyteller” to “teacher” allowed Eloise to embrace her strengths and lead her audience more effectively. A broken washing machine. A friend's dog. A drive through Bali traffic. Turns out, paradise isn't always picture-perfect. Sometimes, it's painfully ordinary—and wildly rich.
Being unavailable isn't something that is rude or makes you a recluse. We used to think being reachable 24/7 was just part of running a business. But truthfully? It nearly wrecked our peace. We realized we were burned out somewhere between the never-ending notifications and guilt-ridden response times. Now, we've flipped the script, and being unavailable has never felt more freeing. We're sharing how we set boundaries for being unavailable, while maintaining a business, relationships, and our mental health.
In this world, it's important to be informed about what's important. We need an intervention. Caitanya Mahāprabhu said to Sanātana Goswami, māyā-mugdha jīvera nāhi svataḥ kṛṣṇa-jñāna jīvere kṛpāya kailā kṛṣṇa veda-purāṇa.'" For that reason, Kṛṣṇa personally comes in the form of Śrīla Vyāsadeva, and he makes available very clear knowledge that is comprehensible to humans. Humans can pick up a piece of literature or hear from someone who's heard from others wisdom that's been passed down through an authorized line, and when they hear it, then they can transform and improve their lives. It's not automatic that people come out of illusion. "Māyā-mugdha jīvera nāhi svataḥ" (CC Madhya 20.122) — it's not automatic that somebody just comes out of illusion. There has to be an intercedence by someone who comes along and gives an indication that there's a better choice. In fact, the availability of lesser goals is the main hindrance for human beings. We have a plethora of paths that lead to results in our lives that are not sanguine and do not fulfill our innermost desire. Fortunately, Kṛṣṇa loves us and wants us to have his association in the blissful spiritual world, and he makes every arrangement so that we can have such interventions in our lives. But what if those things are actually your biggest opportunity? While most designers are panicking about race-to-the-bottom pricing, automation, and template trash flooding the market, a small percentage are flipping the script and using it all to their advantage. In this episode of The Angry Designers LIVE at Creative South, we sit down with two of the most popular Logo Designers; Allan Peters and James Barnard, to break down how designers can not only survive this chaos but dominate it.From navigating Fiverr clients to using social proof as ROI, to the real debate between one-concept versus 15-concept logo presentations, this episode delivers brutal truths, tactical gold, and industry insights straight from two legends who have been through it all.By the end of this episode, you'll learn how to:• Flip cheap work into long-term high-ticket clients• Build authority while others build excuses• Create logos that stand the test of time while others chase trends• And turn AI into a tool, not a threatThis isn't about fear. It's about fire. It's time to stop blaming the game and start mastering it.Stay Angry our Friends –––––––––––Join Anger Management for Designers Newsletter at https://tinyurl.com/mr4bb4j3Want to see more? For the last episode of the season, Francesca and Louise are joined by author, podcaster and editor with Mamamia, Holly Wainwright. The host of MID and co-host of Mamamia Out Loud, Wainwright has been telling women's stories for most of her career - but she wasn't sure what to expect when she approached middle age herself. She talks to Francesca and Louise about how times are changing for women, why mid-life is about more than just hormones, becoming invisible from the male gaze, and the best parts of mid-life. Holly's new book, He Would Never, is out now. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

We're celebrating our 10th anniversary all year by digging in the vaults to re-present classic episodes with fresh commentary. Today, we're revisiting our 2021 conversation with Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis. ABOUT JIMMY JAM & TERRY LEWISWith 26 Billboard #1 R&B hits and 16 Billboard #1 pop hits to their credit, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis are perhaps the most influential and successful songwriting and production duo in modern music history. With a total of 41 Top 10 hits in the US, Jimmy and Terry were named ASCAP Songwriters of the Year a record-breaking nine times. They are perhaps best known for their work with Janet Jackson, beginning with the Control album, which earned the duo a Grammy for Producer of the Year. Between 1986 and 1994 they scored thirteen #1 songs with Janet on either the R&B or pop chart, including “What Have You Done For Me Lately,” “Nasty,” “When I Think of You,” “Control,” “Let's Wait Awhile,” “Miss You Much,” “Rhythm Nation,” “Escapade” “Love Will Never Do (Without You),” “The Best Things in Life Are Free,” “That's the Way Love Goes,” “Any Time, Any Place,” and “Again,” which earned Jimmy, Terry, and Janet an Academy Award nomination for Best Original Song. Jimmy and Terry got their start as musicians with Morris Day and the Time, the Prince-produced band whose biggest hit was the Jam and Lewis-penned “Jerk Out.” They made the transition to a successful songwriting and production team working with the S.O.S. band, which landed a #2 R&B hit with “Just Be Good to Me.” From there, they made their mark on pop and R&B hits for decades to come. In addition to their work with Jackson, the duo wrote and produced the #1 pop singles “Human” by Human League, “Romantic” by Karyn White, “Thank God I Found You” by Mariah Carey, and the Boyz II Men singles “On Bended Knee” and “4 Seasons of Loneliness.” Additional R&B chart toppers include “Encore” by Cheryl Lynn, “Fake” by Alexander O'Neal, “Everything I Miss at Home” by Cherelle, “Sensitivity” by Ralph Tresvant, and the Johnny Gill singles “Rub You the Right Way” and “Wrap My Body Tight.” Other highlights from their catalog include New Edition's “If It Isn't Love” and “I'm Still in Love With You,” “No More Drama” by Mary J. Blige, Robert Palmer's hit pop cover of their Cherelle single “I Didn't Mean to Turn You On,” and recordings by Gladys Knight & The Pips, Barry White, Michael Jackson, Lionel Richie, Usher, Spice Girls, Aretha Franklin, Charlie Wilson, Ledisi, Sting, Elton John, Beyonce, Rihanna, Rod Stewart, Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Gwen Stefani, Willie Nelson, and many others.Always versatile, the duo has earned Grammy awards for Best R&B Album for Chaka Kahn's Funk This, Best Gospel Song for Yolanda Adams' “Be Blessed,” and Best Dance Recording for Janet Jackson's #1 pop and R&B hit “All For You.” Additional Jackson hits that were written and produced with Jam and Lewis include the Janet and Michael Jackson hit “Scream” and the #1 singles “Together Again,” “I Get Lonely,” “Doesn't Really Matter,” and the Nelly duet “Call On Me.”In total the team has earned over 100 gold, platinum, multi-platinum and diamond album certifications from the RIAA, have received more Producer of the Year Grammy nominations than anyone in history, earned the NAACP Lifetime Achievement Award, and were inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame.

On today's episode of The Right Time, Bomani Jones reacts to the end of the 1st round of the NBA playoffs. Bo starts off the show by saying he won't call anyone a "loser," but there is a strong correlation with James Harden and losing (2:43). Sticking with Harden, Bo says why big moments swallow him up (4:30) despite thinking he is a top 5 shooting guard of all-time (12:22). Bo transitions to previewing the 2nd round of the NBA playoffs where he says why he'd take Tyrese Haliburton over Donovan Mitchell (18:50) and why he believes the Oklahoma City Thunder will win the Western Conference (26:36). And finally, we have another round of If You Haven't Heard stories involving the demise of outdoor dining in NYC, why you've already met your best friend and why chicken breasts are now losing out to dark meat (32:44). Then Bomani listens to some voicemails about unexpected significant others showing up to a family event (42:18).
