Rob Nelson welcomes the all-star panel of Larry Kendall (Ninja Selling founder), Jack Miller (T3 Sixty CEO), and coach Mike Staver to the podcast today for a lively discussion on real estate industry shifts in light of the recent Compass-Anywhere merger. This episode explores industry consolidation, the psychological impact of change, and the crucial role of relationships in today's evolving real estate landscape, offering vital insights for real estate professionals and leaders navigating these transformations. The discussion meticulously examines whether current real estate market upheaval is an "event" or a sustained "process" of fundamental transformation and industry consolidation. Our experts emphasize an adaptable mindset for agents and effective leadership in directing change management, urging focus on controllables amid uncertainty. Listeners will grasp how robust relationships remain the ultimate currency in real estate brokerage and how effective culture is vital for successful mergers and enduring business growth, equipping them with strategies to thrive in this new era. Episode Highlights: Understanding the nature of current real estate industry shifts: event vs. process. Navigating real estate market consolidation and its long-term implications. The psychological impact of change on real estate agents and leaders. Cultivating a resilient mindset and focusing on the controllable elements. The enduring power of relationships as the core currency in real estate. The critical role of culture in successful mergers and organizational stability. Effective leadership strategies for guiding teams through uncertainty. The importance of talent management and clarity in a transforming real estate industry. Key Takeaways: "This is a process, not an event." "The practitioner real estate will be the least impacted for a while." "The beginning of the disruption is the acceptance that fear is the only emotion we get to choose." "Relationships are the currency. At the end of the day, this acquisition was valued, and all real estate brokerages are valued by the relationships that the agents have with their clients." "Basically, buyers and sellers choose people, and they choose that relationship." "What is happening? Okay, what is my response to what is happening? What can I control, what can I influence? Let's focus on that." "I think the companies that nail it are companies that go in with questions and an opportunity to learn, to get better themselves…humility and a curious heart, and the desire to understand what our new partners are doing better than us, and then integrating that.” Links: Website: https://ninjaselling.com/ninja-podcast/ Email: TSW@NinjaSelling.com Phone: 1-800-254-1650 Podcast Facebook Group: http://www.facebook.com/groups/TheNinjaSellingPodcast Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/NinjaSelling Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ninjasellingofficial/# LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/ninjaselling Upcoming Public Ninja Installations: https://NinjaSelling.com/events/list/?tribe_eventcategory%5B0%5D=183&tribe__ecp_custom_2%5B0%5D=Public Ninja Coaching: http://www.NinjaSelling.com/course/ninja-coaching/ Larry Kendall: https://www.linkedin.com/in/larry-kendall-1078b61/ Jack Miller: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jackcmiller/ Mike Staver: https://www.linkedin.com/in/mike-staver/

Buon ascolto!

Off-track, Honda and Yamaha are the key protagonists in the 2026 MotoGP rider market. A new rider has appeared in MotoGP! Well, he's only new if you haven't watched the WorldSBK in years and he's not really appearing yet – he's only coming over next year. Nonetheless, long-running rumours about Toprak Razgatlioglu making the step to MotoGP have finally been confirmed this week as the Turkish Tornado signs a contract with Pramac Yamaha. That means there's lots to be excited for. Not only because his riding style is anything but boring, but also because this move coincides with some other big changes at Pramac. Will he replace Jack Miller, or Miguel Olivera? Are we looking at a one-year deal, or something more long-term? And that's not even mentioning the Yamaha V4, the new bike tasked with turning the Japanese manufacturer's luck around. So what's going to happen? We have no clue, but luckily Mat and Peter have plenty of ideas! One thing's for sure: it's going to be interesting, either way...Want more? Visit our website or support us on Patreon. With big thanks as always to Brad Baloo from The Next Men and Gentleman's Dub Club for writing our theme song. Check out The Nextmen for more great music!
Toprak Razgatlioglu will join the Pramac Yamaha team next season, by which time he'll have turned 29-years-old. The two-time World Superbike Champion will end his time with BMW as a result, a partnership which yielded the Bavarian brand's first WorldSBK title in 2024 and Razgtlioglu's second, having taken his first with Yamaha in 2021.Razgatlioglu's deal will only keep him at Yamaha for the 2026 season, which means both parties will be open to either continuing or ending the collaboration after the first year, but, perhaps more importantly, ahead of MotoGP's biggest regulation change in a decade in 2027. The big question also lingers... Who will be his teammate? Jack Miller or Miguel Oliveira.Miller is the clear option, since his contract expires at the end of this year, but he's also been the more performative rider of the two this year, despite his difficult Aragon race that resulted in only 14th.Crash has been the global leader in terms of MotoGP news and features over the last 20 years so to expand our coverage of the sport we all love, we are now doing a weekly podcast! An in-house production brought to you by the Crash MotoGP team: Presented by Jordan Moreland (MotoGP Social Media Manager) - Peter McLaren (MotoGP Journalist) - Lewis Duncan (MotoGP Journalist)Jordan - https://twitter.com/jordanmoreland_Pete - https://twitter.com/McLarenMotoGPLewis - https://x.com/lewis__duncanFollow our channels:Twitter (X) - Crash MotoGPInstagram - Crash MotoGPFacebook - Crash Net MotoGP#MotoGP Hosted on Acast. Is Fabio Quartararo the first truly elite MotoGP rider to be trapped in the series' midfield for as long as he has been?Host Valentin Khorounzhiy discusses this with Simon Patterson on the latest edition of The Race MotoGP Podcast, ahead of Quartararo's home race at Le Mans that comes on the heels of a best-in-years weekend at Jerez. The show also delves into Quartararo's decision to stay put at Yamaha for 2025, the chances of him doing so again in 2027 - and the question of whether his lack of championship opportunities as he enters his theoretical prime as a rider is weighing on him. Finally, Val and Simon talk about the rest of Yamaha's line-up, discussing whether Jack Miller should count on a 2026 extension, whether Alex Rins's disappointing-so-far Yamaha tenure is likely to improve and whether it would make sense for Yamaha to try to bring in Toprak Razgatlioglu.Want more MotoGP podcast content? Marc Marquez's 2025 MotoGP winning streak ended with a crash from the lead at Austin, but that wasn't actually the most attention-grabbing part of his weekend. His audacious premeditated gamble that he could get the start aborted so he could switch to the right tyres for the drying conditions without getting a penalty paid off, but raised big questions over the robustness and interpretation of the rules around such situation.Simon Patterson, Val Khorounzhiy and Matt Beer explain what happened and why it was so contentious, as well as delving into Marc's subsequent crash and how much he should be castigated for it.Plus our takes on Pecco Bagnaia's sudden title bid revival, Alex Marquez's appearance as world championship leader, Joan Mir and Pedro Acosta's shunts, and a reminder of just how good Jack Miller can be.Want more MotoGP podcast content? We've got the Márquez brothers, both on Ducati's and both in front. Maybe not a surprise if you're Marc, but definitely a promising feat if you're Alex. Have we been underestimating the younger Márquez? And then there's Ai Ogura, the rookie who takes our breath away, and Jack Miller taking his brain out and showing that the right rider really can make the machine. Lot's to talk about, so why not press play and we'll get started! Oh, and before we forget...happy birthday to Mat! Want more? Visit our website or support us on Patreon. With big thanks as always to Brad Baloo from The Next Men and Gentleman's Dub Club for writing our theme song. Check out The Nextmen for more great music!
